Clean and spacious room
A bit dated. But definitely good for the price

Staff was nice
Good location not to fair from things we needed
Not clean. We were in such a rush when we got in and knew we had engagement till midnight so didn't bother the staff. Doors were so gross. Hair everywhere. We only slept we didn't spend anytime in the room.
Lots of things not cleared for dust. But the doors bathroom and front door were gross.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Our pet friendly room was spacious and nicer than expected, comfortable and clean. Bathroom had clearly been renovated in the past few years and was quite nice. Small window in our room specifically, but wasn't an issue. Heat and A/C. Free breakfast was great, plenty of options for a budget hotel breakfast. We didn't use it, but there's a public fenced-in dog park right across the street, which is great if you're traveling with pets!
Overall great experience, especially for the price, would recommend.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast!
The toilet had issues. The seat did not stay in place which caused the lid to not stay up. The flapper valve also did not always seat properly so the toilet would run until manually re-seated.

The room was nice and big. We liked the pool.
The room smelt a little musty. Also the pool closed early than stated so when the kids tried going to the pool the person at the desk said no.

Breakfast was quite decent with fruit, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, etc. When we checked in the receptionist kindly offered to give us bananas and yogurt if we were going to be leaving before the breakfast room was open.

Breakfast was great. Simple and easy. I requested a handicap room and they provided a massive room! huge shower. It was more than I expected. Staff were super friendly and sociable and very accommodating to our needs.
The rooms could of been a little cleaner, but for the price and everything it was over all very good.

Liked the price, parking, Continental breakfast was good.

beds are not the most comfortable, the room was like 80 degrees when we got there so we had to turn off the heater.
Wish the beds were more comfortable and had more than 1 pillow per person.

The room was very cold when we arrived.

very nice and welcoming staff. convenient location to marinas - just a short drive away. Fairly good included breakfast. Good price.
Bed was not very comfortable.

The staff was nice
Had a single double room, was an extremely cramped room the bed felt like a piece of plywood. Switched to the king loft as there was 1 available was definitely more spacious but the bed was the exact same bed. I'd get a better sleep in a car then those beds.

Post Augusta is my favourite place to stay in Comox. it still has a bit of that “family run” feel which is nice. the rooms are affordable, comfortable and have the amenities we need.
The phone was broken and lots of frost in the fridge freezer which made it unusable. Still, very minor issues.
5.0
Front desk was nice
The fact that I heard the people next door all night long! They were loud. Not sure if it an insulation problem or what put I thing there should be some kind of security to check on the places after a certain hours. Not much quality sleep was had.
3.0
It was close to everything and in a nice town. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.
It wasn’t clean. The bathroom was stinky. The fan didn’t work. The furniture was old and looked like it hadn’t been washed down in a long time. It’s old and tired and needs a facelift and good cleaning and painting.
