We are returning guest, (6-7 times), having family up the street. We like Seymour’s.
I think the property should install electric service for eve’s. My wife and I would enjoy a drive up the coast from So. Cal.
Your TV sucks as usual
4.1
Nice room, good location.
Building is not very sound insulated. Traffic noise was quite intrusive even on the fifth floor.

Location, pub was close, massage was close, comfortable bed!

Locatie goed, liever zelf ontbijt pakken dan bestellen van kaart.

The size of the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, central and close to the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room is set up with a microwave but there is no access to cutlery, plates to have a snack or meal prepared in the room. No room service and the restaurant gives out plastic cutlery. The TV wasn't working properly.

I feel it is overpriced

We’ll laid out. Restaurant on Site for all meals. Also a pool and exercise room.
Location was a little far from where we were meeting with family but would have been great otherwise.
4.1
Room was excellent and a quiet situation as requested. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The toilet was very low and difficult for me to get up from as there was no support. The handrail provided to get in no out of the bath would be better situated at the other end away from the taps. Otherwise the bathroom was very well thought out.

The hotel was near a memorial service I was attending. They wouldn't check me in early, but allowed me to wait until it was time to attend it in the lobby.
I reserved asking explicitly for a room away from noise of all kinds. The 1st room they gave me was near very busy Fern Street. When I asked for another room because of that, they gave one right over the main entrance to the hotel. Asking for another because of anticipated comings and goings at all hours, the front desk clerk was abrupt, unfriendly, and nearly rude. The hotel had "a full house" and they couldn't possibly change my room. Their problem was my problem, even though others were checking in after me and getting rooms that were obviously assigned on the spot. Nothing was done to offer any return courtesy: no consideration of any kind. I needed to take it and like it.
Holiday Inn's "Hospitality Promise," prominently displayed in their bathroom, states: "Making your stay a complete success is our goal. Just let our Manage on Duty **or front desk staff** know if any part of your stay isn't satisfactory. We promise to make it right or you won't pay for that part of your stay." My stay was very unsatisfactory and nothing was done to address the situation.
The hotel and its room furnishings are quite dated: the air conditioner rattled all night, the furniture is aged. The bathroom was dim and ill-lit. North and West Vancouver are pricey, but this was way overpriced for what is offered.

I loved the bed and the pillows, they were were pleasant throughout our stay.
The staff was not as friendly as usual, at least if I compared them to other hotel chains.
The place is old, which would not be a problem if well maintain but in this case, the elevator was extremely slow, no USB connectors anywhere, the chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, the floor seemed old and stained (I'm pretty sure they clean it up daily but it still does not look pleasant.
Breakfast was not included in our rate, which was a minus for sure.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were all helpful. Thank-you.
Unfortunately email messages were not initially looked at so it did cause confusion. This was resolved.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and everything was provided with all the necessities. There was extra towels for me and my daughter. We had the best view from the 6th floor. But most of all, THE STAFFS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY!!! The manager that was on duty and one of the front desk did an excellent job.

Location was convenient. Parking was included in the hotel rate.
Toilet was leaking. Kitchenette was not equipped.

Desk staff very helpful. Room and bed very good. Service by waitress on Saturday morning breakfast in restaurant was superb!
Entry to location is now very difficult to access compared to several years ago due to restructuring of the nearby freeway and access road to hotel.

Property is perfectly located to take advantage of everything North Vancouver has to offer. Very spacious rooms and spotlessly clean.
The property is in need of a MAJOR update. It’s extremely dated - the TV in my room had a sticker saying it was manufactured in 2008 (15 years ago).
