Crap hotl crap staff, except for the young breakfast staff.

Book 2 nights but billed separately. Which include 2 $ 100.00 deposits which I am still waiting to be returned.

Good compromise of value, location and facilities.

The room was comfortable and rightly sized. The bathroom toiletries were (surprisingly) of high quality. Breakfast was "holiday inn" standard, i.e., good enough to get you going. Location was OK, kind of the far end of downtown, but still close enough for walking.

Very much needed after a long day of travel

The staff were so friendly and upgraded my room upon arrival! It was a lovely surprise after a long trip from the UK. The room itself was great and clean, would definitely recommend to others!

The breakfast could have been better, most things seemed undercooked. I just stuck to the baked goods.

I had a great night sleep, the staff is friendly and make sure to use the underground parking.

room was great. bed was comfy and the room was nice and open feeling. good floor layout. staff is friendly and helpful.

location is kinda sketchy in downtown Calgary. definitely park in the underground parking, but when I was there, it was closed for maintenance and parking outside is definitely not the safest part of downtown Calgary to leave your vehicle overnight.

Very convenient location for our needs in downtown Calgary.

The room, bed, wifi were very good. TV was easy to use. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The location was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was about 2 blocks from the Dr's office (we walked there) & they let us leave our Jeep in their parking lot until after check out when we finished with the appointment. All staff we encountered were friendly, happy & helpful. Except for the issues below, which can be easily rectified, we were pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

In the bathroom around the toilet lid hinge covers you could clearly see a build-up of old, sticky urine. Also, something had splashed up onto the light cover above the mirror that had not been cleaned off in a very long time. My husband found oats on the rug (like someone had been eating a granola bar & some of it fell on the rug). The overall cleanliness of the room was ok....but I think they should do deep cleaning more often and be more observant. This being said, we were not displease, at all, with our stay.

The room was lovely, the location was perfect for what I needed and proximity to where the University downtown campus.

the only thing that I found annoying (however I realize its petty) is that 90% of the channels on TV were not available and the ones that were, had uninteresting programming.

Exceeded expectations, staff were friendly, very comfortable and clean.

We initially booked this hotel because we saw a photo of the cinnamon buns but we missed breakfast :( (too much partying)

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of hot items like sausage, bacon, omelettes, pancakes etc. They also had bread, muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yoghurt. Great selection and is constantly replenished. The attendant was excellent and always asked if we needed anything else.

The fact that they only had one elevator was odd, given the number of rooms in the Hotel. Also, there is a train that runs in front of the Hotel, not often but you did hear it even at night. They needed to do a better job of letting guests know where the above-ground overflow parking was located as there was no signage indicating where to go.

Great location and good value for the price.

The breakfast was excellent. Great location with easy access to downtown and public transport. Friendly staff.

Free weights in the gym would have been better than the pulley machine.
