The room was clean, beds reasonably comfortable.
The room was so uncomfortably hot! We were unable to adjust it with the thermostat. The water heat was on, and it just kept pumping out more heat. A/C didn't work. The entire 2nd floor was blazing hot. So uncomfortable, there was no sleeping. My (normally solid) deodorant melted. It had to have been 30 degrees in there!

Close to where we needed to be
We found the beds uncomfortable. Needed ground floor only to find out breakfast room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator.
Coffee was absolutely disgusting.
Would have been nice to have sugar-free syrup.

Clean room and staff
Noisy AC and parking spots to tight

The breakfast was very good. Many different options to choose from. If you left hungry, that wasn't the hotels fault. There was literally something for everyone. They have a waffle maker, yogurt, 4 choices of cold cereal, 3 hot items, selection of croissants, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, different juices, and a baked loaf and mini brownies/sweets to choose from.
We also liked the pool/hot tub/exercise area. We only used the hot tub, but it was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.
This isn't the hotels fault, however, the breakfast room needed to be a little larger. One day on the weekend, we went for breakfast around 7:30 and ended up leaving as soon as we were done eating because there were no other tables to sit at and the serving area was still filled with people wanting to sit down and eat.

Maintenance supervisor, Ridik, was very helpful resolving the ac unit issue. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Parking, the beds, the wedding party that was loud all night.

The location and breakfast was good. The hot tub was the prescription I did not know i needed. Rooms are clean.
The staff were awesome, especially the lady attending to us in the breakfast room.
Noise, mostly from the HVAC(i think). At some point it felt like i was sleeping in a factory.
But then i guess you get what you paid for. For the price, I would go back :)

The pool and hot tub
Wasn’t a big fan of cold hard boiled eggs.
2.5
Good location, staff are great, and swimming pool is open after than other places.
Rooms were very warm and the fans didn’t help at all. They had a sign on the windows that asked us not to open them in lower temperatures due to their heating system. There is no elevator which makes frustrating with lots of items and pets.

i liked the area and set up of the property. parking was easy to access and the additional doors to parking made it easy to access our room.
nothing.

The location is good. Easily accessible via personal vehicle. It was a convenient place to stay. Relatively inexpensive hotel/motel. Overall, the place was good enough for a sleepover for our errands trip to Calgary.
Some staff were pleasant while others came across as grouchy. Our bed appeared dirty as excessive bleech was used for cleaning something. Of course, the final appearance is stained bedding. The breakfast is OK, some items seemed to be old.
It seems as though the company has put some updates into esthetics, but it has a way to go yet.

Location
The condition of the room was not clean enough.
The faucet and bathtub looked dirty. The price was not fair enough to the condition of the room.
The hours of breakfast was too short. And have to pay extra for deluxe breakfast. Kind of disappointed with that.

Decent place if they cleaned it.
Used condom, condom wrapper and a lighter left in room found by my 2 year old. Did absolutely nothing to reconcile the situation aside from offering me a slightly discounted rate for another stay at the place paying more to go back to a place that doesn't clean their rooms exposing my child to biohazard and potential disease. Then tried to charge me for a dirty towel that was "stained" from wiping up water on the dirty floors that haven't been mopped in the pet friendly suite.

We booked this hotel hoping to get a good nights rest before heading home 3 hours to BC. As a result of the extreme cold weather that night in Calgary, our luggage wasn’t able to make it off the plane. This hotel is located south of Calgary (-approximately 30 minutes the airport). We got to the hotel, stopped in the drop off area due to the extreme cold, I ran into get the key cards. I got the cards and proceeded back to my truck and searched the parking lot 3 times for significant space to park but was unsuccessful.
I went back into the hotel with my unique situation regards to parking and the staff member suggested I park on the street or pointed to one spot that I explained was not big enough due to not having enough space to make a wide enough turn to get into it. The other suggestion was to park on the street (not acceptable as I was paying for a room and the hotel wouldn’t be responsible for any damages if there were to be any). I asked for a refund as I couldn’t park my truck. He said he couldn’t do that but “no problem, I will leave a note for the manager” he said the manager was Alex. He was expected to call me by 10am the next morning.
I don’t hear from Alex so I called around 11am expecting a smooth transaction. He said he couldn’t find my booking and needed to call me back. We waited and hear back from him after an hour to hear him tell me in a rude tone that he wasn’t giving me back money because the room was prepared for me so I needed to pay, also I booked through booking.com so that was a problem. I further explained that as a guest, I have the right to be able to park my truck on the property and he sent me a picture of the drop off space directly in front of the main doors and said I could have parked there!!!! WHATTT??? Who does that???
I called booking.com coz it appeared that he blocked my email address from communicating with him directly.

Location was excellent. Main floor room very practical. Ability to park and plug in car was priceless.

Value for money here is good. My room had a basic kitchenette that was really useful. Breakfast was a standard motel buffet, but clean and well presented.
The property is a bit dated, and still has the 1980s motel vibe.

Location is good, very close to Chinook and South Centre Mall.
Unfortunately both nights I spent here I was awake all through the night because of how loud it was. On my first night it was kids running up and down the hallway and people being loud outside my room. However on the 2nd night I could hear the front desk person talking on the phone very loudly all night. I mentioned it to them but it continued throughout the night.
The parking lot was incredibly icy, and no rocks or salt had been put down to try to mediate this issue.
The hot tub was so hot it wasn’t usable the first day.
Room was relatively clean, what you’d expect from a motel.

it was clean and had no issue with checking in very accommodating
was the party and police called in from one of the rooms?

Breakfast is okay.
Rooms are very hot which cause my family sleepless nights. Even though it's renovated but there are part of the rooms that are moldy like windows, washrooms. The tub is plugged and it didn't get cleaned properly.

Staff friendly efficient and helpful.
Bed comfy but could be replaced some spots you can tell are well slept on.
Breakfast very sad. Sausages cold but cooked. Hashbrowns crispy but cold. Oatmeal was lumpy. Coffee tasteless.

The price
The no windows in our room - unless I wanted every person walking by to look into our room - horrible layout. Same with the pool everyone at the front desk walking or driving down Mcleod Trail can see my kids swimming horrible set up
