Really good, but more people on the desk if there's an unexpected influx.

Really well appointed. Nice kitchen. Bathroom counter was a blessing for this cosmetics hound. The beds were comfortable. Really very good.

There was only one guy on the desk and all Wesjet flights were cancelled so there was quite a line up, so not the guy's fault. We had upstairs neighbours at 2:00 am or so and they thundered around up there. The floors are a bit thin.

Great value for stopping on our trip, staff very friendly

It was a very reasonable price. The breakfast staff was very nice. The laundry and fitness center was very spacious and worked well for me.

The hotel was under construction so there was a lot of people coming and going in the hallways. There was no noise and it was great place to stay otherwise.

Perfect for one night.

Hotel staff were amazing. We had a mess up with our flights and ended up having to stay in Calgary overnight on our way from Kelowna to London. The team were amazing and welcoming. The shower was also 10/10!

We had a noisy neighbour that was shouting and banging around at midnight.

Kitchenette, bed was comfortable. Quiet inside room. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Not enough dishes and cutlery. I could have asked for more but I made do so that was not so important

Spacious room with all the amenities. Excellent location

The lady at the counter said i don't know a hotel which accepts cash as payment whereas I paid cash in another hotel the other day. Maybe the lady needs a bit more training. Elevator was smelling very bad.

Room was great. The taxi connection to the airport was hugely appreciated. All of this overshadowed by that one rude man

The room was perfect and did everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected but fine to keep us going. The man on the front desk when we checked in (1am Aug 1st) was the rudest we have experienced in a hotel, ever. True ot shocking. We’re not sure why - we remained polite and patient for the duration.

Comfortable hotel near the Calgary airport

This hotel looks new and is very close to the airport. It is located in an office park so there are no restaurants, gas stations, etc. immediately around it. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and informative. Unit was a comfortable size with a kitchenette, large desk and recliner. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. It was very quiet the night we were there. Instead of a shuttle they have an arrangement with the cab companies. My husband returned our car to the airport the night we arrived, catching a cab back to the airport, and they scheduled a cab for us to get to the airport the next morning. All went smoothly and was included in our rate.

Clean and spacious room with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom that was a great fit for our family of 4 The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The location was very close to the airport

I had to book a hotel last minute and it was still great value. The room I was given was massive, with a bedroom and a separate combined kitchen and living room (full size fridge, hot plates, cookware). The front desk staff were very helpful and approachable.

I asked for paper cup current time 1132pm Sunday may 21 2023 and the front desk said he won't give me and to use what ever cup I have . I asked again so you won't give me paper cup he said I won't and put the phone down. This is the last time I will come stay at any park inn by Radisson. I also asked for paper-towel which we were out off and he refused to give me that as well
