Great beach front location. Super great prices!! Room was very spacious with seating area and table. Beach chairs to sit and watch the sunset. Cute tiki bar!
Very little toilet paper when checked in. Had to go to office to find some. Not a fan of no maid service during stay

The hotel is perfectly positioned for a beach holiday. You can't get closer. It was easy to find and at the quieter end of the long bay.he bed was very comfortable and everything worked
Although clean the age of the property was evident. The bathroom was very small and lacked ventilation. the 'ocean view' was limited and the balcony to view it on also acted as the main thoroghfare to other 1st floor rooms so little privacy.

i loved their ethic towards protecting the oceans. and for a 3star hotel it has amazing facilities and amenities. it’s beach is fantastic and it’s location is in the heart of everything.
I’d have liked to see less plastic cups being used during happy hour and for there to be a plug in kitchen so less water is used/wasted

the location was great.
our gulf view balcony suit was on ground level and you had to stand to look over the pool fence to see the view. It rained the fourth day we stayed and realized after the rain fell that there were multiple significant leaks in the balcony ceiling above our patio. this was brought to the hotels attention immediately because we were unable to sit at our patio table without getting dripped on. they apologized and said they would let maintenance know but nothing happened over the rest of our stay. beware you can also hear every footstep in the room above you if you are on the ground floor. all in all we had a good time and absolutely loved the location. my suggestion would be to book a room on the second floor and most of the issues wouldn’t even be a problem.

Chris’ Tiki bar. The 50’s theme. The staff were very attentive. The bed, super comfortable.

The staff is outstanding. They were very nice, very responsive, and actively engaged in making our stay enjoyable. They also helped us navigate the decision on when to leave due to Hurricane Ian. They kept us informed and made sure we knew they would support and reimburse us whenever we decided to leave. We felt like we were welcomed guests that had been coming there for years and they treated us like friends or family members.
The location is outstanding too and you can walk right out onto the beach. The beach right outside the hotel is very nice and private. The room was functional and had nice amenities like a full-sized refrigerator. There is a Publix grocery store across the street and a nice CVS Pharmacy with regular drug store items and lots of beach stuff.
The property has been part of St Pete Beach for a long time so it is a little dated. However, they keep it very clean and everything is maintained well. We felt like it was a good trade-off to save a little money and have such a great location even if it wasn't the most modern-looking hotel. They even lean into it being old by having a "50's" kind of theme with a front desk that is a 57 Chevy Grill. The AC wasn't super cold but it kept things cool enough to be comfortable. The internet for us was not great but that could have been our phones too.

I liked all the games the facility had and space on the beach, they had two staff that was really nice and easy to get along with, Alexis and Tyler.
the fridge was broken the first day we got there so we had to use the freezer and by the time we remembered it was there it was frozen. The manager (Sheldon)of the property was Completely disrespectful, if it was not for one other staff member it could have gotten really bad. after that I felt uncomfortable because I felt like he was watching me and my group everywhere we went. because we would see him everywhere. So it was hard for me to enjoy the resort.

I loved my stay, the service was great and so was the room.
The beds are a bit hard & the Pool closes too early and opens too late.
