A good option, restful and convenient, but you'll wonder where your money went (for Key West prices)
The room was spacious and the kitchenette was really helpful. The building was cute and historic, and there was a useful grill outside that we cooked on one night with an adorable outdoor space. It was in a quiet area but still really close to great restaurants and other amenities.
The state of the room was pretty poor. The carpet was old and covered in huge unidentifiable stains, the kitchenette was outdated and missing most utensils to eat with, and the furniture in the room looked like discards. Nothing you can't live with, and Key West is overall really expensive, but I would hope they would at least replace the carpet soon for the price we paid.

convenience not comfort
great location. close to lots of activities.
the room had a musty smell, the A/C didn’t work well, and the bathroom seemed kind of dirty.

Pleasant
The room was very spacious. The location was busy, but it was great walking distance to amazing food and coffee.
I understand KeyWest old Town is exactly that "old" and premium place to vacation. The price of the room was way too high for the condition. The chair in the room was old and stained as were the carpets.

we may consider another one of their properties but this particular Unit didn’t fit our needs
close to beach and southern most point
loud traffic -located on corner, no sitting area, advertised jacuzzi but not heated as one.

Not to be recommended at all. We have stayed in room 301 before which was a little bigger , but 303 was very seedy and
the location near our daughter
very small, shabby room; no chairs to sit; besides small beat up dresser no furniture at all; old ugly bathroom separated by flimsy pocketdoor that did not close fully; on busy and very noisy street; windows dirty; much too expensive for what it offered. No heating in room. Despite asking for extra blankets we had to sleep dressed in warm clothes as it was very cold in the room

Best trip in a long time! Will be back!
Wonderful little space close to everything!!!!!!!!!!!! Quiet, had a small pool, tons of character. Perfect for a couple! We rented a moped from across the street so that was handy as well!
The room had not been cleaned when we arrived but they sent someone over immediately to take care of that! Very helpful and wonderful!

Relaxing and tucked away space that was convenient.
It was away from the busy portion of Duval but still easy to reach.
The outdoor hot tub was cold when I tried it. maybe it was just me or that was intentional. Just seemed odd for a working hot tub!
