The room was spacious and the kitchenette was really helpful. The building was cute and historic, and there was a useful grill outside that we cooked on one night with an adorable outdoor space. It was in a quiet area but still really close to great restaurants and other amenities.
The state of the room was pretty poor. The carpet was old and covered in huge unidentifiable stains, the kitchenette was outdated and missing most utensils to eat with, and the furniture in the room looked like discards. Nothing you can't live with, and Key West is overall really expensive, but I would hope they would at least replace the carpet soon for the price we paid.

great location. close to lots of activities.
the room had a musty smell, the A/C didn’t work well, and the bathroom seemed kind of dirty.

The room was very spacious. The location was busy, but it was great walking distance to amazing food and coffee.
I understand KeyWest old Town is exactly that "old" and premium place to vacation. The price of the room was way too high for the condition. The chair in the room was old and stained as were the carpets.

the location near our daughter
very small, shabby room; no chairs to sit; besides small beat up dresser no furniture at all; old ugly bathroom separated by flimsy pocketdoor that did not close fully; on busy and very noisy street; windows dirty; much too expensive for what it offered.
No heating in room. Despite asking for extra blankets we had to sleep dressed in warm clothes as it was very cold in the room

Wonderful little space close to everything!!!!!!!!!!!! Quiet, had a small pool, tons of character. Perfect for a couple! We rented a moped from across the street so that was handy as well!
The room had not been cleaned when we arrived but they sent someone over immediately to take care of that! Very helpful and wonderful!

It was away from the busy portion of Duval but still easy to reach.
The outdoor hot tub was cold when I tried it. maybe it was just me or that was intentional. Just seemed odd for a working hot tub!

We were upgraded to the Wicker House, I’m sure the original room would have been great too. Our check in was great, the lovely lady on reception was so helpful and welcoming. I loved the room, breakfast was great. I would stay here again for sure

Initial instruction to checkin; it was confusing because it's needed to go to other location to check-in

Great location Pat was very friendly and helpful, along with the young gentleman at the desk ( ? Nate?)
Bed was super comfortable.
Having to walk all the way from the Ferry to check in and then walk/haul all our luggage to the 2 nd location.

Location was very nice, although with location comes noise.
I arrived late on Christmas Eve to find my room in less than sanitary conditions. Ie; long dark hair all over the floor, drain flies coming up from the (quite dirty) shower drain, the water from the shower smelled putrid and the pressure was that of a small watering can, there was undusted everything, a half-broken AC with filter needing replacement, water damage on wooden bed frame, curtains so dusty I didn’t even want to touch them, floor boards not cleaned in who knows how long… the list goes on. I spent the majority of my time IN this space trying to avoid Covid bc I had to be there for a couple work obligations. I didn’t feel as though it was properly cleaned or Covid-safe AT ALL. Be warned because I paid over $462/night. Its never the people’s fault who work at the front desk and I was very careful with the way I approached the subject. Instead, I wrote a kind email and documented pictures of everything before and after (since I ordered over $150 of cleaning products and spent my entire Christmas cleaning this room FOR them) and kindly asked that they send it to the GM. the GM did reply to me and apologized saying he’d have their head custodial person and maid stop by to fix the issues (that I had.. already fixed. On Christmas… but thanks anyway, man.) and oh, they did show… while the “do not disturb” sign was hanging on my door. Good thing I didn’t have anything private or work-related left out that shouldn’t have been shared. 🤔🙄 They did change the curtains which I couldn’t do myself so, I guess I’m glad for that but I was overall just kind of skeeved out that while I was away for a couple hours on work, people entered my room without permission after I just cleaned from top to bottom with bleach- ALL to avoid Covid and contact with others. I do appreciate the sentiment, I guess. Not everyone is as cautious as I am.

The manager that checked us in on Duval Street was PRECIOUS! She even took us to out actual property on her vehicle so we wouldn’t have to walk. The young lady that cleaned at out location was truly delightful. The little pool was a perfect size for our group of 6 to hang out after a long day.
We were allowed to use the pool at a different location, but not eat breakfast. Breakfast would’ve been nice.

Quiet. We had a spacious unit.
No elevator.
Saw a cockroach in the bathroom on our first night.

Check in and out was very easy. Room and grounds were well kept. The room was reasonably sized and comparable to area offerings.
There was a period where the deadbolt would not allow the front door to close completely. On the last day there someone had a barking dog downstairs. Could not lock deadbolt to room from outside.

The location was very good for our needs.
Our room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower and I found a child bracelet on the floor. Never the bed. Wondered if it was vacuumed.
