Another great stay at Coco Plum.

2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this property. The location right next to the Green Parrot and around the corner from Duval make it ideal. I will say that the location does not lead to it being noisy! Derek the chef produces delicious home cooked breakfasts which are practically unheard of in Key West. The pool is great to relax in after a long day of walking around this amazing city. Our King room was a great size with a balcony that looked over Whitehead Street. Staff was very friendly and we will definitely be returning.

No fault of the Inn, but the city recently took away the free parking on Whitehead. It usually doesn't take long to find a parking spot if you need one.

A Perfect Return To Key West

My wife and I loved the location because we were able to walk everywhere. Everyone we came in contact with at Coco Plum Inn was fantastic, from the gentleman who checked us in to the gentleman who prepared our breakfast each morning to the young lady who brought us clean towels each day. The breakfast each morning was very good and the pool was the perfect temperature and we enjoyed it every day we were there. It was so nice after spending the day walking in the heat and humidity to get in the pool when we returned each afternoon.

There really was nothing that we didn't like.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful; towels provided. The breakfast was convenient and nice. We appreciated our room being cleaned daily! Great location, very central. Check in and out was easy.

We had a great stay and will be back!

Great location, friendly staff, hot breakfast and-big wow for me-the pool is open 24/7. It was so nice being treated like adults! If we came back from a night out at 3:30 am, we could take a (quiet) dip before bed. That was a lovely treat.

None. Room was a little tight but that’s to be expected in Key West.

This is our go to hotel for Key West now.

Alexys was absolutely the best! She touched base the day of check in to be sure we knew what to do if we were going to have a late check-in. She was very informative on the property, the area, and how to get where we wanted to go. This hotel is in the HEART of Key West - equal distance from Mallory Square and the Southernmost Point and conveniently situated close to Duval St.

The place is great ! We will be booking another stay here for certain. Easily walk to just about anywhere for local food fun and attractions. The Inn is well set up for comfort and relaxation as well. 😊

Nice pool, good breakfast provided, ice machine, and water purification. Staff was very accommodating.

The only issue with the property is that is situated two buildings over from a popular night spot. You may have some background noise during the evening.

Main door was a patio door that had a very finicky lock. Like all Keys accommodation it was quite expensive.

Coco Plum is an excellent B&B for a short stay for a couple in Old Town Key West.

Location is perfect for accessing Old Town Key West. The room was full of historic charm and nicely appointed. The pool was warm, clean and very convenient, Providing towels was a great bonus. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent.

Would consider staying at Coco Plum if we return to Key West for an overnight stay. Just not in Rm6

Location, friendly & helpful staff, room to relax on the porch and the pool area

We stayed in Room 6. Hot water was very VERY limited in room 6. This unit was extremely small for our 4 night stay. Because of the extremely small foot print of the room the walls are scuffed and scratched up. This room should be completely cleaned and freshly painted and the hot water should be fixed and the air conditioner should be replaced. Room 6 was by far the smallest and also the most poorly furnished room when compared to the interiors of 3 other rooms I saw during our stay. Going strictly on the price of our stay, there is zero value in Room 6

Great location. Make sure you get to breakfast! Had a great time!

Private entrance with our own porch right next to the pool. The room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Painters were right outside our room every day which was somewhat distracting but we understood it needed to get done.

Good location but room had bugs and weak floors

The location was good, a 12 minute walk to sunset pier.

The floor in our room had a weak spot that would “give“ every-time we stepped on it. More notable, we had small white bugs crawling all over the top of our fridge. When we told the front desk workers (on 2 separate occasions) we were told they were sugar ants - they were not. The front desk said they would spray for them but it did not resolve the issue. We showed them a video to show they were NOT ants but they dismissed us.

The perfect little Key West inn.

Coco Plum was the ideal fit for our trip to Key West. Perfect location. Rooms and facilities clean and in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Tasty, cooked to order breakfast. Just right for a quick couples trip. This place has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.
