Our stayed was perfect.

Breakfast could be better, quality of the coffe was not the best and I think that you can offer more options like fruit, eggs, cheese, ham and different bread.

This was our second stay at Westwinds and when we go back to Key West, it will be our third!

The staff at Westwinds couldn't have been more helpful. We especially liked the continental breakfast and Brett, who was in charge of it. He kept everything full and ready; he greeted us warmly every morning; he served as tour guide and ombudsman.

The room was not large and no closet but hooks on the wall.

This hotel really surpirsed me considering it's price.

The room was nice/clean. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Loved the orchids growing on the various trees. This place has 2 pools. One is heated! Pool towels provided at pool. Breakfast was definitely adequate. Hotel seems to be getting an exterior paint job too.

Great staying in KW

The location was nice, near Durval's St. Breakfast was provided in a baker store 50m from the hotel and was delicious!

The shower was in a lack of pressure.

A WOW for Westwinds Inn

we are in KW frequently on business but this trip was a get away. found the hotel just by looking thru books.com. what a great surprise to find this gem. beautiful accommodations in the area of town we like. everyone very nice. great pool, easy parking down the street. clean, comfortable large room. have already recco'd to others.

this is a VERY minor dislike - the room AC is pretty noisy so that you have to have the TV sound very loud. must have been the same for the neighbors as we could hear there's thru the walls. we finally turned ours off for the TV time as we just didn't want to disturb anyone. time to figure out a way to add split units. :)

Great place with the feel of your own place with security and location!

I honestly didn’t expect too much out of this place. Despite the affordability of the property, it was way better than what I paid for. Unit had some room for me to get around, for me to cook. Location was near perfect as I rode my scooter around the island. The last night we stayed, walked to Duval st and it was just few blocks away! They told me that it would around 1.2 miles from the square but it felt more like 5 minutes since there were so much to see. I would recommend this place and would be on my top of the list if I ever return to Key West.

Delightful and relaxing location.

The two pools on site are absolutely a great way to relax and enjoy the property. The staff were amazing and met all requests. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Upgrade the televisions in the rooms - they should be a little more up to date with resolution and allow streaming applications. AC units can get a little loud (which was the noise comment above). Our first room was really small for the price we paid. This place is great just some minor improvements.

Phenomenal experience and service.

The manager and office staff were extremely customer oriented and friendly. Both exceeded our expectations. The pools were great with towels, pool noodles, and plenty of seating. An outdoor shower along with bathhouse was an added bonus. The vibe was quaint tropical. Close to anything and everything. Yet at night quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. I’ve never been to a place where every guest was made to feel so welcomed. Thank you so much.

Wonderful place for a tropical getaway

Beautiful inn, GORGEOUS tropical gardens surrounding the inn. Beautiful pools, excellent and very helpful staff. Great location ( 5 min walk to get on free Duval loop bus). Would absolutely stay there again!

I reported a concern about the window in our room - I mentioned it thinking that there may not be a resolution at all and thought that it wouldn’t hurt to ask but knowing it was asking a lot - when we got back they had remedied it comprehensively; I very much appreciated the attentiveness and extra effort

Fantastic location, great facilities and amazing staff

The room was amazing with a great balcony, comfy bed, full kitchen, AirCon etc. The reception staff were fantastic going above and beyond to help us with booking trips, bikes and being very accommodating with check in and check out. The vouchers for the bakery were a bonus and we used it every day for a great breakfast. Free chilled water to fill up our water bottles was also great. The 2 pools were also very well kept and relaxing. The web site photos do not do the room or location justice! I would highly recommend anybody who is staying in Key West to book the Westwinds Inn

We loved the quiet location and the gorgeous grounds of Westwinds and will recommend it to friends.

The landscaping was fantastic. Pools were soothing. Room decor was delightful. The table groupings outside allowed for pleasant morning coffee and fun happy hour spots!

We wish the breakfast voucher would have been at least $10 each. The bakery was an easy walk and eating at the outside tables in the garden setting at Westwinds was a great way to start the day. But for the price of the room it would have been nice to have more to spend each day at the bakery. Also, there were not enough shelves or counter space in the rooms to set cameras, phones, etc on.

Nice pools and grounds were well kept. Staff were very nice.

My room was a closet. Bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom. They said they had nothing else available when I booked. I asked to upgrade, but they said they were full. My friends booked well after me and they both got large king suites.

We had a very comfortable room adjacent to the pool. The Inn gave us vouchers for breakfast at Old Town Bakery just up the street which was excellent. The property is well landscaped and maintained.

A/C was very loud. It took several minutes to get hot water in the bathroom.

Good location and very quiet

Central location, able to walk everywhere. We were able to get free street parking a couple of blocks away. Lovely gardens with two nice pools. Quiet.

Room very small with the extra large bed taking up most of the space. Very worn bathroom, particularly the shower. Paid for a balcony room, however, there wasn't enough space for both of us to sit outside...only wide enough for one chair.

Nice pool area

Great location, only a few minutes to Duval street. The pool area was a relaxing oasis and very beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately our room was next to the street and I guess the only one without a space to seat outside. We expected a bit more for the money.

Easy walk to Duval St. and a small grocery store. Charming and very comfortable inn, with many amenities like a grill.

Very clean and charming. Gates are locked at night so it felt safe to sit by the pool or on your little porch during the night and early morning. Pleasant and helpful staff.

No on site parking, so you have to find your own. The inn had suggestions though.
