The property itself is absolutely stunning and cared for immaculately. The rooftop pool was so much fun for the whole family.
There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The staff was excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked us in. We arrived about 10:30am knowing check-in was not until 4pm. We went to let them know we had arrived fully expecting to check our luggage with the bell staff and wander around town. We were surprised when he told us our room was already ready. It just made the day easier. The bell staff opened the door for us every time we left or returned to the hotel.
The rooms were big and the bathroom was very large with a large shower and 2 sinks.
Even though we had a short stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff was excellent.
The elevators were a bit slow and on the smaller side.

Got married at the Saint Anthony’s hotel. 17 years ago always good memories when we go back.

The internet didn’t work

the fire alarm went off at night and scared us, since we were on the seventh floor. the hotel called later to say it was a false alarm. so much for a peaceful evening.
2.5 / 5.0
The staff and location.
The room had a terrible smell. It smelled like really bad body odor. It just did not feel clean. The bed looked very plain and not like it showed in the pictures online.

Lots of beautiful things to look at full of historical facts and artifacts. Mostly freemasonry type if your into that.
It was uncomfortable and the food was bad, the service was bad. The concierge didn't help with not even 1 request. It was very over rated and over charged. Your not going to feel special here just for paying extra.

The room space and the friendly staff
Maybe the odor in the carpet in floors. Did not smell fresh.

I very much enjoyed the location, within walking distance to many downtown attractions it's just about a perfect spot.
Also the staff was extremely friendly at check-in even going as far as to give my son some toys! At the start everything was going quite grand.
The decor of the property is amazing. I found the staff very attentive, and welcoming.
So I try not to be a complainer, in fact most of my issues with the Hotel I never brought up to the staff. Our stay was for 4 nights from the 25th of October to the 30th.
The lighting controls for the suite. Basically the entrance door opening "can" cause all the lighting in the suite to turn on. And this can happen (again randomly works/doesn't work) at midnight long after my wife and son were asleep. When I did speak with the staff they said it was a feature that was intended to make you feel "Welcomed". Bad feature, after a evening drink, returning to the Suite only to wake up my whole family isn't great.
Next is the bathroom, or specifically the shower. While plenty large enough (larger than the bedroom to be honest) it's design is flawed. The shower and tub are on the same side, and share a space. The issue is, the drain is 3/4ths of the way down the titled floor of the space. Water on the shower side drains as it should, but if water gets past the drain on the tub side it simply sits there. Mildew markings on the tub sealant tell the story of this poor design. Additionally there is no exhaust fan for the moisture, so after use walking into the bathroom feels like a sauna for an hour following your shower.
Nearly every electronic device in the room was either broken, or unplugged.
Next, each suite has a Bose sound system, it's a neat idea. But the reality is these units (due to the building's age) simply lack the sound proofing required to ensure everyone gets sleep. Two of the four nights we were shaken awake late in the evening by someone's thunderous base woofer.
Lastly the Valet. On check-in your told to text a number with your ticket ID. The three times I attempted to use this convenience feature it failed. And at checkout a 30 minute wait along with roughly 50 other guests (all also saying the text feature didn't work) wasn't a great last impression.

Beautiful rooms with a great view and very quick room service. Pool was nice but would’ve been nice to have the bar open as it was 91°
Elevators are a little slow but not a huge deal

the property is very clean & I love the decor.
we both loved the cleanliness that was constantly protected throughout our stay. we saw staff constantly wiping down areas of walkways and door handles. this gave us a more secure way of feeling that The St Hames not only cared about our comfort but about our complete well-being as well

We spent our first night being married here and another night before going on honeymoon. We loved the luxurious accommodations, having room service as needed, the rooftop pool and bar, and the ability to relax. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage!
We were on the pool side and the music was very loud until the evening about 10pm which we were surprised by. I’m addition we left early morning to catch a flight and the front of the hotel smelled like urine from those living in homelessness hanging around. We didn’t feel comfortable waiting by the footsteps because of the crowd around so waited inside until our Uber came.

gorgeous and clean hotel. there were also many options for dining and drinks on-site and around the hotel.
they bring a dj to their pool which gets very loud if you are on the 4th floor. luckily it’s only during the day so if you’re trying to nap, that would be the only concern but if traveling for a good time, great day time party option!
