In der Not eine schnelle Lösung aber nichts für längere Tage

Das Personal wer sehr nett

Das mein Fenster mit Panzertape gehalten wurde. Das Fenster stand offen und wurde mit Panzertape an der offenen Stelle zu geklebt. Wir auch der restliche Fensterrahmen. Zudem hatte ich fremde Haare in meinem Bett.

Not good.

It was clean overall. Shuttle driver on the way to airport was a pleasant young man.

Smelled like marihuana in the lobby; had to wait for receptionist to show up to check-in; website said free parking but that was only for the one night we stayed - was $9 per night for the rest of the week; no toilet paper or kleenex in room so we had to ask at front desk; shuttle driver on the way back asked for tips because she said that's what she lives on and she hadn't eaten in two days! Very unprofessional.

Would not stay here if other options available.

The mattress was soft. The staff were friendly and readily available.

Smoke detector in the drawer of bedside table. Bed frame was metal and when bumped (unavoidable) sounded like striking a gong. Not clean. Found fake eye lashes and disposable tooth cleaners in the bathroom obviously from previous occupants. Sounded like the planes would land in my room. Walking on the carpet made my socks really dirty. No safe available. No second door lock. Not enough towels or wash cloths.

Short sentences I’m up my stay is I did not stay there they overbooked

I did not stay in the room. I showed up to get it and they told me that they gave it to somebody else but I still got charged for the room. I would like a refund please

I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a room that I did not get

Pleasant

Close to airport and has basic facilities for an overnight stay. It's close to a Wendy's burger joint as well as a well assorted Shell gas station for shopping snacks and sandwiches. The price is the cheapest in the area.

Noisy as it it tight next to the airport. However not a problem at night due to few flights.

Because it’s close to my work time I had to stay .. in other hand it’s was very bad

Very good

Affordable for an early flight the next day. Staff were helpful. Paid airport parking almost next door. Good shuttle service. Slept well.

Disappointing

The best thing was the woman who worked at the desk in the mornings. Her name is Sara. Sara is kind, thoughtful and understanding.

Toilet ran all the time. Beds were hard as rocks. Air and heat half worked. We stayed five nights and our room was only cleaned once.

Never again…..

The hotel room itself smelt of drugs it must have either been in a different room or they must have tried to clean the smell out of the room we were in but didn’t do a very good job of it and I know the smell because I’m law enforcement so having my child in a room with me with the room smelling of something that made my child ask me a million questions wasn’t great and this was supposed to be a nice weekend away from all of those types of things…… we came out here for the reptile expo we drove 8 hours!

Good location

Front desk worker was very helpful to me!!!!!!

A bit noisy. I had trouble w outlets and plugs. Lamps with outlets built in didn't work, and the distance to the wall was too far w lamps mounted to the nightstand.

The hotel had no record of our Booking.com reservation, even though Booking.com had sent us a confirmation email. We ended up being able to stay there, but had to pay a higher rate. Either the hotel or Booking.com failed us.

Terrible in that we got no sleep due to noise levels of others in the hotel.

there was a broken phone in the room and no remote for the TV. we spoke to the staff about these things, and they said they would fix them, but they never did. the noise level of the other guests was super loud and continuing past 3 am. we felt extremely UNSAFE in this hotel. while it was ok for cleanliness and perfect location, I would never be able to recommend it due to how unsafe we felt.

There was people sleeping in the lobby, the room we stayed in has extensive damage to the door and looked like it was broken in a couple of times. I didn't get one second of sleep due to this. Ended up costing just under $75 for the night which is better then most hotels in thr area
