Only the price.
They tacked on fees and a deposit as we checked in.

The front desk worker was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and did great work. He got us a new room, and was really great!
Other than that, we didn’t see any bugs in our room and the bathroom was cleaner than I expected given the rest of the place.
The hotel is actively under construction, gutted hallways, missing front desk, construction plastic blocking off sections. Rooms labeled non smoking are smoky, holes in bathroom doors, strong smells, dirty carpets, terrible bedding. I’m honestly not sure this is actually a quality inn, and wouldn’t be surprised if my identity got stolen.

Nothing, we had to leave because it was so bad

The staff was good. I had no problems there.
There was construction going on in the lobby. The staff was great, but I was not aware there would be construction, that was not on the listing. The biggest problem I had was with the door of the room. The room was clean, but the door had a lot of damage on the side right by where the security lock goes. Quite a bit of damage and it made me feel very unsafe.

Nothing the lady was rude and the rooms stuck I’ll never stay here again
Everything it was nasty rooms stunk

Nothing!
Disastrous reception and was refused a room.
2.3
value for money and location
When I made the booking there was no mention of the ongoing renovations and the breakfast service was only minimalist.
2.3
The bathroom had used needles on the floors

It was good for us it was near the airport. And places to eat, all was grate
In the morning no hot food to eat as we thought there would be. That was the only thing. Wife got on the plan with one eating, they only in my books had just junk food,

The room and bathroom was dirty the manager was rude and disrespectful. The fitness center and breakfast area was out of service do they should not list it as a amenity.
2.3
Location to the airport and the airport shuttles were the only thing that was satisfactory.
If you like even the hint of cleanliness this isn't the place for you. Very dirty, no bedding, and no stock of supplies in the bathroom. Along with the lights randomly going off, and the loud banging noises for a piece of siding hitting the building no one slept. Also if you use booking.com they charge you extra for using it.

Location. Manager was wonderful (desk clerk rude).
Dining area looks like bomb went off with long construction project; no breakfast. Room didn’t have sheets! (Though they gave slight upgrade).

The receptionist on our arrival tried to be pleasant and helpful, well done
After the initial arrival it went down hill. The bed linen appears to be not changed, was crinkled and not flat. so much so I requested a bed linen change that was done. The evening staff was absolutely miserable and seemed to be upset when I requested a wake up call at 215am. Of note it was not actually done and we did not receive a wake up call. The shower floor in tub was stained badly. Sad supply of envelopes of one shampoo. The night was very noisy, dogs barking and kids running around in the rooms above. On check out the again attitude of staff when we requested a check out bill, was informed she was posting and could not indeed supply a final receipt. The renovations of the lobby and dining area is very rough, there was not a door on the mens washroom, again rather sad. Frankly it would be proper that the hotel refund the nights costs as it truly was the worst stay in many many years. signed Derek Shute/Dianne Gold 2268860384

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mandy was amazing and so was the person who helped me on Monday morning( I forget hee name). I liked the free Wi-Fi and free shuttle.
The lobby and surrounding area looks like it is permanently under construction.I woke up twice throughout the night because you can hear everything in the hallways and next door in the rooms.

Wi-Fi - free, easy to connect, supported streaming apps and a Zoom session I needed to be part of.
Bed - looked like it had few miles on it, but it was actually pretty comfortable; nice pillows
TV - good size screen, lots of channels
General appearance - lobby area had damaged, unpainted walls, dining area was full of furniture and other odds and ends and totally unusable, carpets were old and soiled throughout the building and my room.
Amenities - the website boasted a restaurant, free continental breakfast, and workout facility - but none of these were available. The woman at the front desk said that their website included a note (in very fine print) that SOME amenities MIGHT not be available during renovations. Another guest I spoke to told me the place had been that way for months without any progress being made toward making the needed improvements.
Property listing - INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE - my decision to stay there was based in part on the amenities that were not provided. The site should have been more forthcoming in their disclosure of the actual conditions of the property.
Buidling security - the outside door in the wing of the hotel I was staying in was jammed such that it could not be properly closed and locked. That my not have had anything to do with the domestic dispute that erupted at about 2:30-3:30 am on Sunday morning - loud, vulgar, threatening language, banging on a door just down the hall - but maybe it did.
Room - the phone didn't work. The cord had been cut off, and was carelessly heaped on a couch next to the phone. There was also a small black box on a shelf surface called an Enerzen. It looked kind of like a small space heater. Upon close inspection, I learned that it was an air purifier. A CAUTION label warned "USE IN UNOCCUPIDE (sic) SPACES ONLY."
Front desk staff - not the most courteous that I've met in a hotel, but I imagine they've gotten pretty tired of dealing with customers having the same complaints I had about the place. The issues with this property start well above the desk manager's pay grade.
