My stay was nice and comfortable

Clean nice area and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Good hotel to stay in when visiting ATL will be coming back.

Weekend getaway

The location was perfect! The room and amenities were nice. Malik at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

Hot water in the bathroom sink never really got past like warm. The shower on the other hand was perfectly steamy.

The experience and service I received was not what I expected from Embassy Suites. I expected better

The hotel building is good

The front desk staff was nonresponsive to my requests for service. I asked for a working coffee machine, and it took 2 days to get me one. I called the front desk for coffee cups, and none were delivered. I didn't like the customer service I got.

Cleaners are great. The Management of the place is far less than acceptable for a business in the hospitality sector.

The suite was good and clean

I had no hot water for a day and half. It wasn’t resolved on time. My son & I eventually had to go to a friend’s to have my bath. No apologies whatsoever was given. They kept going on about compensation of some kind, that itself never happened. The breakfast was complete nonsense. So basic and they still couldn’t get it right. You get a plastic takeaway container to put your meal in. So ridiculous. I will never consider staying here nor recommend it to anyone.

I personally would stay again!

Love the location of the property! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice, clean rooms. Extremely hot showers, which I loved. The complimentary drinks and snacks were great!

The elevator was so slow but that’s minor. I was told that self parking was 28 dollars but I was charged 38 dollars. The parking garage parking spots gave me anxiety, so tiny. There was a leak in the parking garage also, the smell was horrible !!!

Would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in need of a hotel in Buckhead.

We absolutely loved Keith our shuttle driver. What a treasure he is, very courteous, very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. He's a keeper !!

While the room was nice and clean, the sinks in both rooms were not working properly. The lounge area sink only had cold water while the bedroom sink only had scalding hot water. We did provide this information to the desk staff.

Everything was alight for the most part.

My issues were, the Valet was more expensive than the site (booking.com) indicated. Additionally, we didn’t have hot water the first morning but the problem was rectified. (It sure was a cold shower, that day)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites in Buckhead and look forward to returning!

The staff was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive! We had pleasant interactions with everyone from the valet attendant; to the front desk personnel [Shanene and Christina were amazing in answering questions and offering suggestions, and making me feel like we were "old friends"]; to the bartender at the complementary Manager's Reception [Nazrul served the perfect non-alcoholic cocktail]; to ALL of the breakfast attendant's [whose names I did not get, as there were too many to remember, yet they served well]; to the room attendant [whom I did not get to see, but still they provided great service]! All areas worked together to make this an enjoyable and memorable trip!

I did not like the toilet paper. However, that is an issue with the supplier and appears to be an industry standard. Therefore, I did not see it as a reflection of the hotel nor a negative impact on my stay. I simply plan to travel with my own toilet paper from now on.😁

It was ok, great for work. Try to not have a car here.

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of open space to work at so I didn’t have to be forced to stay in my room. The room was large and comfortable. It also was great to be able to take a phone call from the room, but work elsewhere.

Navigating the parking was not easy. The valet kept saying no, can’t go this way. But it took about 10min for him to finally come to the vehicle to say where to go. No easy way into the lot to park without checking in first.

The staff was fantastic. Especially the 2 courtesy drivers. They offered to help always even if nothing was needed. In addition, they spoke with my family as it was their own! Keep them as long as you can and give them a bump they deserve it. Same with the valet staff, great group, especially helpful and never acted as it was a chore even when raining. All of your team members are associates, not employees.

Out of bar soap. Lobby was warm at times. All ice machines are not working. Our daughter went to every floor to check.
