Overall, I would recommend the Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead location for a short stay.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I truly felt welcomed by them. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The breakfast was delicious. Everyday they had a selection of cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, home style potatoes, tortillas with salsa, cheese & bacon and French toast or waffles. There is a pool that my daughter swam in almost the entire time we were there. The pool did need to be cleaned the first day but after that it was nice. There was also plenty of seating with shade. And a beautiful garden area for sitting in the back.

Although the hotel was non smoking they still chose to accommodate smokers with an area in front of the hotel so every time you walked in front it reeked of cigarettes. There was a microwave downstairs but none in the room. Parking was in a separate building across from the hotel and you did have to pay a daily parking fee. The actual bathroom area was kinda small.

Very good stay

Stayed for the Peachtree Road Race so location was great. Staff took great care of us. Nice and clean and comfortable.

The location is very good. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Very old place and need a face-lift. Hotel staff not attentive at all, guests left to "get on with it". Not worth the price at all, should be at least half the rate.

My stay was amazing. The hotel and its staff was very clean and courteous.

The location was excellent. The breakfast and the staff was phenomenal. Next time I have to try the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast had a choice of hot and cold. The variety was delicious. I loved the fresh real eggs, meat and potatoes. Also the yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. The apple juice and orange juice was nice too. I am thankful for the lady manager helping me with my reservation as well!! You are amazing and awesome!! Thanks

I did not like the parking. I did not like that I had to pay $10 a day taken out of my $100 security deposit. I did not have a major credit card. This hotel does not accept cash app cards, zelle, chime or any pre paid cards. It has to be a major credit card or a card linked to your bank. The parking deck is not connected to the hotel. It was an inconvenience for me to park and then walk down. It is best to check in first and take your bags to your room before parking. You will need your room key to get in and out the parking deck. You also have to park on certain levels.

Very spacious room. Staff at frontdesk was efficient and friendly. Convenient shopping and food.

Would have liked a couple more hand towels, especially since I prerequested more towels. Breakfast was OK.

Great location, clean, affordable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location for my birthday dinner. My friends and I went to Knife and we honestly could have walked there.

The grill was down but it wasn’t a turn off. We just love a midnight snack. Lol

Muy buena ubicación, lindo barrio, cerca del mall y de lugares para cenar. La habitación es cómoda, tiene mini refri, no tiene microondas

Que no limpian la habitación a diario. Había que estar pidiendo la limpieza. El pasillo durante toda la semana olió a marihuana.

This hotel has fallen off, for comfort’s sake I wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast facility was as expected and nice.

First room smelled of mildew. Switched to another room that was still muggy feeling. The A/C never worked properly so I was uncomfortable for this stay.

It was just ok. The manager did very well in helping us get a new room.

Location was very good. The staff was nice and very professional.

The room hadn't been clean in awhile, there was dust everywhere. The tv remote didn't work, and my room had to be changed due to water leak.

Amazing budget friendly, clean hotel with great free breakfast and great staff.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was better than most hotels with free breakfast offer which I love. The staff was happy, helpful, and caring. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family coming to visit Atlanta.

I went there for 4 days and spent 8.

The staff was excellent, friendly, Courtois and great. When I will plan to come back, I will consider HYATT as my first choice.

Very good

The room was clean, but a bit on the small side for the length of our stay and price paid, however, the booking was very last minute due to a cancellation from another hotel. Overall, a great stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the area is amazing with lots of restaurants. The hotel is within a reasonable distance to downtown Atlanta. Will definitely stay again.

Small room and bathroom with no tub. No microwave in the room, and the one for guests was extremely too small.

The staff were very helpful when I notified them of the uncomfortable conditions of our room. Spoke with The front desk and they switched my room immediately and asked how else they could accommodate our belongings we couldn’t refrigerate originally and we’re very kind about it. The breakfast was very good and the location was central to lots of shopping and food attractions. Definitely will stay again

My original room was a disabled accessible room where the a/c did not work nor the mini fridge and room had an odor.

I was highly dissatisfied with my stay

I was dissatisfied in the housekeeping service, simple accommodations weren’t met. My room wreaked of a musty odors even after my family requested for their room to be cleaned after we were gone all day and nothing was done and the trash was still sitting in our room after I tried to put my items outside of the door.

For the money, it was decent.

The staff was pretty friendly. The location was good. The pool was decent especially because there weren’t a lot of people out. The bed was very comfortable. The parking situation was good; only $10/night.

The hotel was just blah. No real wow factor. Outdated furniture, carpet, pictures. There was hair in the shower. Not a huge deal but it made me question walking with my bare feet on the carpet. I assumed every hotel had a Smart TV. It was frustrating that there were only basic channels and no Netflix which meant nothing to watch. I asked the lady at the front desk to put my ice cream in the freezer. When I went to retrieve it, apparently it had been discarded. I’m still on hold waiting to speak to a manager, it’s been ten minutes of hold music.

This Hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly.

The Room was very spacious and clean. I was happy with the layout. The breakfast had a number of items to choose from and was a good mix of hot and cold. The location is Buckhead, which is about 9 miles from downtown so not too far from things.

Even though the breakfast had plenty to choose from, there needs to be a better system of keeping some of the items warm. The french toast ended up being a little cold. or at least have a microwave to warm it up just in case.
