Bath tube was clog the sink was clog the toilet kept clogging and the bathroom door would not shut.

We love visiting the area. And have been to the area many times over the years. But when it comes to accommodations you

Shower was terrible. Rooms with private balcony just had a view of a bunch of trash. The room seemed clean but had an odd smell. Pool wasn’t maintained as it should be. Basically just a shelter. No frills not even an ice machine. Only amenity was a coffee maker in the very small lobby and the coffee was awful.

It is very quiet front desk is always nice to me

I have stated at this property three times in the last three years this year I’m very upset I had three rooms two where perfect the other room was not to well the ac didn’t work the tv cable only had 5 channels even went in and out. WiFi didn’t work in that room and the bed was extremely hard

It was okay.

The staff was very friendly. They were very welcoming as well, and allowed us to not rush down there.

The faucet to the jacuzzi was messed up and ended up soaking the area. We also did not receive clean towels or anything.

I booked a fireplace room and didn’t get it, the bed was the worst that I have ever slept on and staff was unhelpful also the drain in the bathroom did not drain it took forever to drain

Awesome!

Very clean room. The staff are awesome. We loved that we could bring our pup with us. Even the receptionist gave him treats. Was also fun to watch the bears from the top balcony. We vacation here every year and have always used this hotel. It's a home away from home.

Would have been fine for sleeping if not for the noise.

It was a clean place to sleep

No amenities for $170.00 a nite. Noisy. Parking is NG. The staff on the other hand was very nice, attentive and helpful.

Our second stay here within 8 months time and they have begun redoing rooms and they are SO much nicer! It is a good location with a beautiful creek in the back, if they would clean It out also would be perfect! The staff is amazing everyone is exceptionally nice!! When all updating is complete will be a 10!

Just need to clean up behind motel to be able to enjoy the natural beauty!

No pool, musty smelling room bug in my bed. I was not satisfied and would not recommend to anyone

The only good experience I had there was the lady at the front desk

When I booked my reservation it said the seasonal pool was open Memorial Day till Labor day there was not a pool I wanted to leave that night but I couldn’t unless I wanted to losemy money. The room was tidy but musty I left the next day and was only refunded for one night

For the love of pets!

We loved that our dogs was not charged extra. Also the location was great and the rooms was nice!

Good inside sort of junky outside

Room was nice and looked modern and updated . Staff was very nice

But the hall to Get to our room had several old and broken ax units and fending machine in it . Weird that there was no phone in the room. Loud guests out side and when told front desk they told us they could ask they be quiet but they can’t make people Not be loud outside their rooms . Inside was nice outside was dated and looked rundown and junky But tub was dirty , and we had ants in our room. Our door looked like it had been kicked open before .

Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and two chairs so we could have a meal in our room more comfortably.
