Great rate for a last minute trip for the weekend.

Location was great and the trolley stopped right outside the hotel

It was the worst room on the property it didn't look like the room in the pictures but it was rooms that looked like the pictures but they give booking the not so satisfying rooms I really feel I should be compensated in some form because of this

Good location, dirty hotel.

The location and cost were good. Easy to walk to all the Gatlinburg locations and next to some nice restaurants.

The sheets were dirty in the first room. Went down to tell the employee, he offered me sheets to change the bed. I asked for a different room. He laughed but gave me another room. Sheets were also dirty in that room. It looked like dirty shoes had walked on them. Went back down to let him know. He gave me new sheets, again wS laughing and never said he was sorry about it or anything.

Checking in was easy and the clerk was very helpful! It was nice being right on the Parkway.

Amazing location with a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

Loved the location, clean, friendly staff, awesome tub in the suite, awesome water pressure.

Lighting was a tad bit dark, wished there was a full sized mirror and larger sink, toilet took a minute to flush.

Nerve wrecking and scary at times

This location was wonderful. This could be a great place, If it was given a lot of TLC

This looks and crooked door that was hard to shut and the thin walls that you could hear the neighbors fighting all night

Would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the pool was closed. Too pricey for no pool.

Vending machines were empty or didn't work properly. Hallways were loud at night. Someone threw up on our car from a balcony above it. Employee didn't care that it happened. Could've offered a refund or at a minimum enough to get the car washed. Elevator was nasty. We will never consider staying here again. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I will never stay here again, especially when the staff are rude and there are bugs crawling everywhere.

It served its purpose for the money that we paid for the room. Will not stay there again.

The room looked and smelled like a cheap motel. The carpet by the bed was wet for some reason that I'm pretty sure I don't want to know why.

The one thing that I did really enjoy about the room was its location. Free parking is included with the stay so I did not have to look for or pay for any parking to partake any of the Gatlingburg activities. Everything was walking distance from the hotel.

Pool was cold , no coffee available in office , only for breakfast. The outdoor pool needs something done with it especially since that is what we saw from our rooms window.

The only complaint is they could give more than 2 wash rags for a family of 4. It is a little annoying to have to go to the front desk daily to ask for extra.

It was a good choice and price for the location.

The breakfast had a nice selection for a grab and go breakfast.

The pillows were not firm enough for any head support. The area in the indoor pool felt like a sauna and the water was freezing.

Great location, hotel needed to up its game. Will not stay again.

The breakfast had very few choices to pick from. Needed more places for people to sit and cleaner place.

Our housekeeper did not clean our room while we there. We couldn’t get clean linens and she left our dirty linens in floor. Trash was only thing taken out. Toilets ran all the time, water in the floor. Was not a non~smoking hotel as advertised.

it was a good location right in downtown Gatlinburg, comfortable bed room was clean

fireplace didn’t work couldn’t get it fixed as I only stayed one night, bathroom was a bit nasty Stain from Pryor visitor was on the wall
