I am very upset at being promised a credit and not receiving it.

Good

The manager wrote us up for a credit of one night’s stay($298) because of big problems with the shuttle bus. But it has not been credited to my credit card.

Worth a stay

It was clean and comfortable enough

Staff was helpful, but didn't go beyond to make me me feel welcome. Parking fee? Really? No security. No lights. Just a pure money maker for the hotel. Breakfast was edible, but not outstanding

Il personale non molto cordiale. La gestione del parcheggio pessima... addirittura hanno addebitato dei parcheggi in più. eravamo con 4 macchine e 5 stanze hanno addebitato 5 parcheggi. A caro prezzo 40$ posizione pessima non si può uscire da hotel se non con mezzo proprio o navetta. il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo

Hotel for travelors, mostly for cruises

Pleasant helpful staff

Shuttle service was very slow and pickup times at airport and train were 50-60 minute waits.

We waited a long time for the shuttle. No one would answer the phone. The driver was rude.

The selection. It wasn't kept stocked when it got to be 30-45 min before closing time . They didn't refill so there weren't many choices .

Parkeerplaats voor 20:dollar per (gedeelte van een )etmaal,uitrij kaart werkt slechts eenmalig Belachelijke prijs voor 1 nacht,waar we elders 3 nachten voor sliepen Onvriendelijk personeel,ongeïnteresseerd Liften onvoldoende voor volle bezetting hotel

Getting the shuttle bus from airport to hotel seemed impossible. Could have done with being told where to pick it up. We paid for a taxi instead. Shuttle to the airport worked well though

Hotel correcto para pasar la noche después de un largo vuelo.

El hotel está bien, la atención correcta. El traslado contábamos hacerlo con el servicio de autobús del hotel pero cuando aterrizamos, las explicaciones no fueron suficientes y acabamos cogiendo un taxi.

No me gustó mucho la atención telefónica al pedir ayuda para hacer el traslado desde el aeropuerto al hotel. Despues de recorrer el aeopuerto cargados con maletas buscando la lanzadera, acabamos pagando un taxi.

Pratique pour visiter Boston

Le personnel est très agréable et hyper souriant! Il y a une navette gratuite de l'hôtel qui nous dépose et vient nous récupérer à la station de métro. C'est super pratique ! Nous avons donc laissé notre voiture au parking.

Nous avons été très déçu par le PDJ, le deuxième jour nous ne l'avons même pas pris tellement il y a rien à y manger. Pas de chocolat chaud, pas de pâte à tartiner au chocolat, les jus ressemblent à de l'eau... C'est vraiment dommage ! On a dû prendre les escaliers car les ascenseurs sont long car il y a toujours beaucoup de clients qui attendent. La chambre était très poussiéreuse au niveau du sol. La porte de la salle de bain = aucune intimité car c'est une porte à galandage où vous pouvez largement passer les doigts. Ce qui est dommage aussi, c'est que le canapé-lit ne soit pas déjà installé lorsque l'on réserve une chambre pour 3 personnes. L'insonorisation est pas exceptionnel car nous entendons les conversations des voisins. Il n'y a pas de coffre-fort.

Not much.

Dirty. In disrepair. Noisy. Guy in the elevator told us he had been moved from the 3rd floor to the 6th floor due to bed bugs! Rude front desk staff.

I will never stay with you again

Breakfast is the only good thing the hotel has, the pool was very cold, the jacuzzi out of order , it take 15 minutes for the elevator to come down or go up, the view is horrible, I was charged $20 for parking

If I was the owner I would demolish it and build another one with comfortable rooms, staying there that night is like I spent the night in jail

Dejligt ophold med god service

Pæne store værelser med gode og store senge. Personalet var super flinke og shuttle bus til og fra metro stationen virkede perfekt, super service, man var lyn hurtigt inde i Boston centrum.

Der var lidt overfyldt til morgenmaden og kom man efter 8:30 var der visse mangler i buffen. Jeg manglede dark roast kaffe😄

Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig und liegt direkt am Highway, den man im Zimmer ständig hören konnte. Als Aussicht hat man den Highway und Baustellen.

El desayuno, el servicio de transporte desde la estación de metro hasta el hotel, solo es a través de línea telefónica y nunca sirvió, se debe habilitar el wasap, no avisaron que lo recogían en el aeropuerto, y gastos se nos incrementaron

It served it’s purpose except for hard beds and car alarms constantly going off from valet

The valet would set off the car alarms to find the car they were looking for. That was annoying and woke us up. They should number spaces and attach a number to keys. Won’t stay there again for that reason alone.

Camera ampia, letto comodo, bagno grande con vasca e doccia. Buona e abbastanza varia la colazione. Comodo il piccolo negozietto per le esigenze di base. Comodo l'ampio parcheggio. Nel complesso la struttura non è male.

Personale poco cortese, sembravano costantemente scocciati, mai un sorriso. Si poteva entrare e uscire nella totale indifferenza di chi era alla reception. Poteva tranquillamente entrare anche chi non alloggiava, non se ne sarebbe accorto nessuno. Dopo la prima notte non è venuto nessuno a sistemare o pulire la camera, neppure per svuotare i cestini. L'ultima mattina, prima di partire le donne delle pulizie sono entrate mentre eravamo ancora in camera (erano le 9.30 am).

It was the worst stays i had in my life

It was a noisy hotel creaking floors and ceilings teams up with noisy neighbors. The front desk will ask you for a 50.00 dollar deposit and 20.00 goes to the parking which is free in majority of hotels with big areas and they said they will refund you the remaining 30.00 dollars which until now hasnt come back to my card, its the worst hotel experience we had ,,,,
