Nice staff, good location, I’d stay there again.

Location was perfect with a five min walk to the train and easy car access. The breakfast buffet was great every morning with perfectly cooked bacon. A bit more variety or more fresh fruit would’ve made it perfect.

The walls were very thin, so it was a bit noisy. We could hear the guest next door snoring, and the room above us had a heavy walker who was up at 4 every morning clomping around. The doors to other rooms were also noisy every time someone let them close. Also, the water pressure was pretty weak so taking a shower was a 30 minute endeavor!

Location was excellent for reaching Boston and Logan Airport

Bed settee as second bed not comfortable. Very noisy room from the road outside. No service even no change of towels, but very expensive hotel.

The property was very modern and looked very nice upon first glance. Breakfast was nice!

We rented 2 rooms of the same price and they were very different. one had a huge stain on the floor that looked as though it had not been tried to be cleaned off at all, they other room had no soap in it. The pool water was very cold even for our kids who will swim in just about anything. There was no bedding for the pull out couch (although we booked 4 people in the room)when we called the front desk they said we could come down and get it, when we went down we were told someone brought it up. When we came back up the person who told us they sent someone then came up with bedding. When we asked for a towel they literally gave us a hand towel for the pool.

Would not recommend. False advertisement

New hotel so it was clean and in a quiet location, close to blue line train station.

Dont be fooled by the advertisement for this property! I reserved a King suite with water view as advertised. Got to the room and the bed is Queen/Full with no water view. It was a view of a construction site! If you want housekeeping to tidy your room daily, I would not recommend this hotel. Checked in on a Saturday and by Monday, Housekeeping still had not touched the room. I had to walk down to the front desk to request fresh towels and made several inquiries as to why the room was overlooked for 3 days. Supervisor was unable to answer. AC went out on night 3 of my stay. Needless to say, this was the worse hospitality experience for me.

Location and price was terrific! The shuttle pickup from the airport was excellent! The overall value for this accommodation was reasonable. I would use it again if ever in the Boston area.

hot water in the "kitchen" sink was almost non-existent and it seemed to take far too long for hot water to be available in the shower or the bathroom sink. PLUS the shower floor was slippery when wet and the least amount of soap was on it AND the sliding glass door in that particular room would not stay closed!!

Modern airport hotel with large rooms and free shuttle

Modern, big room, very clean and comfortable. Had a small kitchenette which surprised us. Free shuttle to the airport. Good WiFi. Breakfast incl. fruit and hot options included in room rate. Coffee available all day. Friendly staff. Approx. 5-10 minutes walk to the metro stop into downtown Boston. Very convenient for our short stay in Boston.

Too much plastic used for breakfast. Breakfast quality was only ok-ish, could have been better.

Lovely modern hotel in convenient location to explore Boston.

Nice modern building, everything worked and is to a decent standard. The beach and train station are a short walk away. Parking on-site is convenient.

Comfortable suites with all needed to cook light meals. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to Revere beach, but disapointed that you had to pay for parking.

Very helpful staff we had a hire car to pick up from Hertz in Lee Burbank, shuttle driver dropped us off there when we asked on way to airport. Hotel is lovely and clean with great facilities in the suites we stayed twice both times great 😊

Stayed one night for a layover flight, hotel did its job.

Room was well kept upon arrival. Hotel itself was very nice and clean.

Bed sheets and blanket were stained, not terribly but enough for it to be noticeable.

Newer hotel with well maintained and clean common areas and room. Friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast starting at 6:00 am which is convenient for early flights from Logan
