No airport shuttle

The hotel was quiet & close to the airport.

The hotel airport shuttle service was canceled 2 days prior to our arrival, which we were not aware of. This made getting to the airport the following morning very difficult as taxis & transportation services are not operating very early in the morning. The shuttle service was part of the reason we stayed here. I'm very disappointed about this and will seek out other hotels in the area that have operating shuttle services to the airport.

Insonorisation pas très bonne mais nous avons demandé une chambre à l’étage la plus haute car le bruit sur l’étage du haut on entendait les gens marcher et ils ont répondu à notre demande bien apprécié

Our Honeymoon was so perfect staying at Best Western

It had such a in the woods foliage, quiet, peaceful, serenity, everything we just loved about it. We enjoyed the pavilion every night as we came in to spend time together.

We’ve stayed at this location before, this stay was not as fun or smooth as our last stay.

The rooms were clean. Parking was ok. Staff very nice, friendly and accommodating, as my husband is disabled and we requested a dog friendly room.

The breakfast was disappointing. No kitchen just a waffle station and microwaveable sandwiches with cheese sticks or yogurt. The pool was very chlorinated (?) and the hot tub was closed both nights for cleaning.

I would consider coming back, hopefully this time with the pool and whirlpool in operation.

The Staff was exceptional. The room was fantastic, and the Cookies every night were over the top and a great unexpected addition. If there was one down fall see next section. We would definitely consider coming back again.

The place was fantastic. However, the pool and whirlpool being down was definitely a bummer. We love the outdoors and go hiking everywhere and coming back to relax in the pool and whirlpool was definitely on our wish list. On top of that unfortunately the weather was also rainy this weekend, obviously not expected. Time in the pool would have definitely been something to do when we could not be outdoors.

Our flight was canceled at 12:30 am. We were so grateful that this hotel accepted our reservation at this hour.

Comfortable but not perfect.

Clean and right near the airport. Free cookies. Quiet for the area. Shower was hot and the shower head worked great.

The toilet was way too low to the floor. I'm short and it was way too low. Husband is 6'7" so for him it was extremely uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure.

Dated. Not enough outlets/usb ports. Hall floors were uneven, adding to the old, dated feel.

Only there overnight but it was great. Very helpful staff. Bernie got me to the airport on time.

Room size above average, wide, clean hallways, quiet mini-fridge and ice and vending machines.

A bit better signing from the airport would help those of us who don't rely on our phones or on board maps to get us everywhere.

The suite was lovely. Very roomy

Fireplace in room did not work, hot water for spa tub ran out half way thru the fill up, breakfast was supposed to be at 6am, they didn't get it up and running till 7 so we went out instead and ate... sofa bed was broken, we brought fruit to eat and put it in the mini fridge which froze everything, pool was supposed to be heated, it was ice cold. Hot tub area was disgusting with rusted doors and the surrounding of tub was damaged from all the chlorine. For what I paid for this, I expected alot better accommodations. NEVER AGAIN!
