Good for a quick weekend trip

The staff was incredible.

The halls and main areas were often lacking supplies (i.e. towels at the pool and working water and cups in the workout room)

Poor

The location and the breakfast were both great. The rooms are set up well and have some great amenities. The check in was easy and the staff seemed pleasant for the most part.

Our room had a leak from an air conditioner above. This caused part of the sheetrock ceiling to fall in our room in the middle of the night. The room showed evidence of deferred maintenance that is going to cost the hotel major money in the future. Instead of fixing the problems, it seems that this location is just trying to get by with patch work.

Convenient place to stay to visit Manchester or use the airport

Very nice room with nice beds, pillows, TVs and sitting area. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good but after a long holiday weekend, were without yogurt, bananas, regular milk (did have oat and low-fat milk), etc. But did have excellent choice of nuts for oatmeal (and theoretically yogurt), such as walnuts and sesame seeds. Surprisingly quiet in the room despite location next to the airport (sound-proof windows that actually work, I guess).

Main complaint: Shower curtain in Room 316 needs to be replaced immediately. Moldy and gross at the bottom.

Great stay, very clean, beds were comfy and free warm breakfast

Everything, very clean. Breakfast was included and it could accommodate 5 people in 1 room. Staff was very nice.

The hideaway bed was hard. Had to ask for additional towels even if we had been for coming that we were 5. No waffles on weekdays.

My stay was fantastic!!! The breakfast was awesome. The staff went out of their way for myself and my family. Your facility is a perfect 10 out of 10!!!!

Great stay, but areas for improvement.

Good breakfast variety, friendly staff, very accomdating

Price of drinks at the front desk was ridiculas. Boiled eggs need to be hot. Towels need to be swapped out daily. Parking fees is absolutely outrageous, complete money grab.

location in a very quite area minutes from the new Hampshire mall and resturents, 17 mintues to mirammack outlet. in sum, great location

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed.

Convenient location to the MHT airport with quick shuttle service. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy.

Location is a little far from everything, although the shuttle is available to take you to restaurants and stores. The furniture is a little old and the air conditioning is loud.
