Love that the ball game was right there.
The restaurant is expensive and staff didn’t know the happy hour menu well. Dinner took 3 hours total because the kitchen was slow.

Zentrumsnah.
Nichts auszusetzen :)

Food good, cost high. AM wait staff excellent, PM wait staff inattentive. Exec chef excellent.
Ad said breakfast included, check in clerk said no. Shower curtain torn, chair cushions worn out, water heavy chlorine taste. Entire facility needs a refresh

Breakfast was par for the course. No offense - you're never getting gourmet in that situation so it was sufficient.
Best part of the stay was the hospitality - Kaitlin (I think was her name) at the desk was superior. Everyone was helpful.

Overall the ambience was great, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was a bonus
Th bathroom toilet seat was broken it was sideways and the toilet flushed weirdly the lever had to be up to let you flush again

It was very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking, the view of the baseball field was great.
For the price breakfast would have been nice

Booked and paid for a double room with 2 beds....only got a single room and told they could give me a cot! That a booked and paid for ahead time room wasn't a guarantee!

The location, view and staff were nice
We were put in the handicap room. The shower barely worked, the shower curtain was moldy, the TV had very few channels. Nothing was complementary

It was close to what we needed. Loved being attached to the ballpark!
Rooms were dated, dark. Would expect more updated based on the price.

The view was awesome. The size, layout and amenities in the room worked perfect for us.
The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no sheets for the pullout couch and we did not realize it until very late, we did request the room for 3 people. There were spider webs in the window nook.

I liked the buffet options although I prefer more local & organic food choices, not boxed, processed name brand cereals, juices, milk & yogurts. Filtered water would be nice to have also.

The location was nice obviously elm street can be very loud at night but I finally fell asleep anyway , bathroom had long women hair all over shower and curtain and base of bathtub but I rinsed it off before taking a shower .
More lights outside by vehicle because I drove a high end sport car and was nervous all night about people around it , prices were a bit higher than I expected but it was okay. People in room next to me or close to me had kids running around the hallways yelling and screaming as well .

I did not have the breakfast...seemed expensive. The location was just ok. It seemed like it was on the edge of town with nothing interesting nearby. But this was a very short trip and I mainly had to spend my time in Exeter, which was about 30 miles away from this hotel in Manchester, New Hampshire. The availability of food was on limited hours in the hotel and not much walkable from there.

There could have been a cafe with a limited menu of food.

the property was very nice, however, the room could use some sprucing up! the ceiling in the bathroom was definitely damaged, probably water damage, and the wallpaper in some of the walls were starting to peel. above the bed looked like some blood stains and one of the sheets had a smudge that looked like ash from a cigarette or something similar. Beautiful views of the baseball field! Sad the pool/spa was out of order, but I wasn’t made aware until the day of! seemed like it was out of order for a while and I only booked the week prior. the staff was wonderful and set up champagne, with glasses, prior to us heading to our room and the front office staff was excited for me to surprise my wife! nice touch!

nothing
The entire facility was about 80 to 85° and the air conditioner worked when I got in my room within an hour it stopped working and would not cool the room off. Terrible night of sleep a little bit that I got.
