nothing not to like

VERY close to conference location.
"Instant" breakfast - instant oatmeal, hot chocolate... but if this is saved my $40-80/night compared to other hotels, then I am fine with that.
1st room was close to the road, very noisy freeway. I asked and they moved me to a farther back room. Very quiet and nice.

Too much noise

clean. easy to find. close to the venue we were at.
tree trimming and construction happening on a Saturday morning.

Too much freeway noise.

close to location we needed.
not very clean feeling. a little run down, door card stopped working and couldn’t get into room.

We attended an event at the Shoreline Amphitheater so wanted to stay at a nearby hotel. Had a good stay . The hotel clerk was very nice and was able to check in early, which was awesome. Room was decent, pretty clean. price was reasonable. parking was a little tight .
Parking! Good thing I was in a small vehicle. It was hard to back out if there was a car parked behind you.

not too far from Shoreline Amphitheater, mu
under a ten minute drive
Room 126. The pictures online are
deceiving and not of this property.
My observations include:
1. Very small room for a king, bathroom
extremely small.
2. Smoke alarm missing
3. TV remote didn’t work so clerk
borrowed one from another room.
4. Shower/toilet door handle broken,
loose and needs replacing.
5. Ice bucket had used bag in it, water
inside and was dirty.
6. There is no breakfast nook. Your
breakfast is a paper bag you pick
up at the office. It had a snack bag
of cookies, banana, small bottles
of water and orange juice. You get
to choose one of five different
frozen breakfast entrees which you
heat up in your room microwave.
7. Parking spaces are very small for
most of the property. If you have a
pickup, you likely won’t be parking
by your room.
8. There is no pool and the “exercise
room” has a treadmill and bicycle.
9. The lobby is locked. You check in
thru a small plexiglass window
with a slot at the bottom.
10. I had reservations for two nights.
Upon check-in, the clerk told me
he didn’t see my name and had to
refer to the printed confirmation I
had with me.

Perfect location and a great price. We were attending a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater and this hotel was less than 5 minutes away.
The lobby was closed, supposedly due to COVID, so apparently it is ok to go to a concert with 25k people, but I can not go into the hotel lobby. So to check in we had to stand in line at the night window, in the hottest part of the day, in the middle of a heat wave. Along with that the breakfast area was also closed, so for breakfast you were offered a brown bag breakfast, choice of burrito, or sandwich, I am not sure what else was in the bag as we skipped them and went to ihop. Then to top it all off the TV did not work during our stay. I called the front desk they said it was a "dish network" issue, but it was not resolved while we were there.

The tank on the toilet overflowed every time the toilet was flushed causing the floor to get extremely wet and we couldn’t shower because of it.

Bigger bathroom, less carpet

The room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable
The TV wasn't working in our original room, we got moved to another room. The 2nd room had spiders and cockroches. The jetted tub was dirty and had cockroches coming out the holes of the jetted tub

The price
The cleanliness of the hotel and the building in general. Check in was very impersonal. I stayed on the ground floor and when I got up in the night I saw a few cockroaches, which I hate!

I liked the location of the hotel and of my room.
