Nothing
The drug users out front, dirty room, hotel staff not around, vending machines not working, no toilet paper or hand towels in room, breakfast was just muffins in plastic with apple juice, and loud people in hallways all night.
0.5
Didn't like that there were bed bugs in the bed and couldn't get a refund
2.5
Nothing special but no bugs so that was good
Staff could have spoken and understood English better. Been more hospitable
1.5
Easy check in and check out.
No deposit.
Security. Lots of stray people walking around the hotel.
Breakfast was an apple, a cupcake and a small juice box in a brown paper bag you can take into your room

The bed was okay
The staff wouldn’t let in my boyfriend when I mentioned two people would be staying here

The bed
Hair in bathtub , noisey
Terrible neighborhood no security in parking lot

The only thing that was nice about this place was the staff on the front desk
It was very dirty, outdated and in a shady location
3.0
Comfortable bed warm shower helpful staff
We really did not have a good feeling about the place. The carpets were stained, the luggage rack was held together by duct tape, our tVs HDMI cable was missing, the towels were stained and the key card entry was difficult to operate leaving us in the hallway frustrated.
2.5
Bagged breakfest
Boxed juice
Muffin

The obe staff member was realy good he up graded my room after I stood around for almost 15 minutes
I checked in late around 9 pm and the staff actually had to go see if the room was ready

Where to begin. We arrived at about 3:45 p.m. and our room wasn't ready. After waiting 20 minutes, the clerk said it would be about another 10 minutes. I mentioned to the clerk that my husband wasn't well and we needed the room soon. So we waited in the lobby. The clerk said that he would have given us a substitute king bed room that was ready but because I booked through you, the agent, he couldn't do that we just had to wait - customer service at its best. We finally got to our room. Well, here are some of the complaints and I took lots of pictures. I cannot believe that you would even consider having them listed as an option on your site to stay in Saskatoon.
1. First of all, when we stepped into the elevator, it was filthy. In the bathroom, there was a huge hole in the wall behind the door. The walls looked dirty.
2. being in the shoe box room and I mean small, no joking, if I wanted to change my mind, I would have to step out of the room. You could not move without bumping into something.
3. When you walked by the room door, it smelled like someone threw up there.
4. My husband isn't well and he needed to lay down. Well, when I pulled back the blankets, the heavy yellow blanket had cigarette burns on it and smelled like it hadn't been washed. It even gets better, the supposedly white sheets, tops and bottoms on both beds were nothing but a mass of wrinkles and stains. We put the blankets back and slept with our clothes on as I mentioned that my husband is not well and we made the best of a bad situation.
5. The headboard on the bed was filthy and looked like it hadn't been wiped down for some time.
6. the furniture was all destroyed and beaten up.
7. bits taken out of the walls.
8. the frig had rust stains on the front.
All in all - what a disaster for us. As we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. I wanted to ask for a refund - why bother.

honestly I don’t not like anything about this property
. our room was not clean before we checked in. once we got off the elevator it smelt like cigarette smoke. the tv didn’t work the fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, there was pop bottles on the rack behind the door. the toilet seat was soaking wet like it may have looked like they went in to clean it. unsafe neighbourhood.

Nothing
Everything except for friendly staff. There was only 1 at a time. Hotel looks like a ghost house.. Wyndham need to interfere
1.5
The location was good, it's walking distance from some restaurants, near a bus stop, and it's really close to downtown
They didn't clean the room, I asked for it a couple times, and they only sent me toiletries and clean towels once (for a six-day stay), the cleaning lady didn't even took the dirty towels with her. Supposedly, breakfast was included, but they said it was not, something about having some work done on the cafeteria facilities. I wouldn't recommend.

Price was alright.
They charge you a $200 deposit, the room was dirty (blood on the door, blood on the curtains, crayon on the walls, lamp shades were ripped), key only worked half the time, check out was 11 and they tried to have us out at 10:30, my key already quit working at 9am for sure. Came back from a night out and there was what looked like wood chips in the toilet but they wouldn’t check the cameras to see if someone had gotten into our room. They don’t have breakfast like the website says. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was held up with scotch tape. The sprinkler was sprayed with someone blue so we don’t know if it even still works…
