Clean room with comfortable bed. Was a little pricey and my reservation was confused by the hotel staff. Had to wait awhile to check in due to confusion.
Hotel staff mixed up my reservation.

Staff was very friendly! Very clean
You have to pay for parking and coffee!!! Come on!

Terrible shower, low pressure, hard to get hot water, awkward room layout in that bathroom door blocked the door out…room was too dark…couldn’t get much light unless you open sidewalk level curtain

Staff were exceptional. We had 12 family members staying in 6 rooms. Not one negative from anyone.
If anything, the food selection. We did not eat breakfast at the buffet, as we're not big eaters and for $16.00 we went elsewhere for a smaller breakfast.

The staff were all very apathetic and not all that helpful. The keys to our room kept needing to be reset, as they weren’t working. The hair dryer did not work and could not be replaced before we had to leave in the morning. On this same morning we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in our bathroom. We reported it to the front desk and when we returned in the afternoon the smell was worse. We had to change rooms.

Did not have breakfast, as it was not included in the price. But the breakfast looked good. The grounds were clean, and in a well that area near the freeway.
The room was spotless, and in very good shape, however, the water pressure left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was located in a convenient location and easy to get in and out of.
The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel or staff, but instead, a very noisy guest in the room above us who kept us up until midnight each night.

well prepared mostly clean but under sink area on floor we found items obviously missed when room was being cleaned
air conditioner thermostat was inoperative. it was posted but first it was freezing cold upon our arrival then every time it kicked on during the night the front panel vibrated so loudly it awakened us all night

This was the first time staying at this hotel (we have stayed at 6 other hotels over the past ten years). We were extremely pleased with the facility and will certainly stay there again.
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel!

The rooms were really nice spacious and clean the bed was amazing
The only thing I did not like was ever hinge in the building squeaked I said something to the front desk and the response I got was well ya know it's a new building and parts have to get worked in. My thought, there is a lubricant spray called wd40 if all the hinges are squeaking there's a problem. Other then I was amazing

The parking was a bit crowded, but to be honest we were accommodated here as well!

I was unsure of the breakfast option. It seem that I had to pay for a continental breakfast if chose to. Therefore I opted out.

Breakfast was way too expensive for what they offered. A continental Breakfast isn't worth 15-18 bucks a person. We walked across lot and got cracker barrel. Price of room should have included something extra
