Dreadful

Unfortunately the best times were spent away from the hotel and not having to deal with the staff or lack of consideration from staff. Provided soap and linens were adequate

Room was not all the way tidy upon check in. Continued to be put second to other guests. When parking the staff put other patrons ahead of me even when I was there well ahead of time. Staff constantly trying to make their view points and personal opinion felt rather than treating me as a guest. Very disappointed, this was supposed to be a vacation. Staff always barking for tips every direction. They flip your omlette for breakfast and demand a tip. Not a pleasant place to stay

部屋が充分広く、ロケーションも良く、ワイキキの生活を楽しめる。ホテルの出入りも気楽に行え、長期滞在には良いのではと思った。夕方のプールサイドのドリンク券は、時間がある人には嬉しいサービスですね。

朝食は量は十分だが質がもう一つ。トイレにウォシュレットが無い。ラナイが狭い　故に怖い。テレビのチャンネルが日本人向きではない（それが利点でもあるかな？） Free　Waterの場所が少なすぎる。４Fにも　有るべきでしょう。

Great stay for all of us.

Breakfast was fantastic and afternoon cocktails were also enjoyed. Location is great. We used Uber for short non-walkable trips. Only rented a car for 3 days to visit around the island.

I would like to have access to a computer and printer for printing boarding passes and checking email. Not everything needs to be done on mobile apps.

The location and it was clean

The elevators were slow and the laundry facilities were expensive. The breakfast got boring after the 2nd day. No waffles on griddle and pancakes for one day

A great centrally located hotel for families

Location was fantastic! So easy to get to everything. Loved the breakfast and happy hour drinks. Pool and spa we used every day.

The beds were a bit too firm for me but everything else was great

Absolutely loved our holiday, great place to stay with families wanting a bit more room.

Great location and amenities. Loved having breakfast buffet as an inclusion along with evening cocktails.

My only criticism is would have been nice to be right on the beach.

立地がとても良い。部屋が広くて快適。綺麗だった。

朝食の雰囲気に優雅さがない。種類が少なく、オムレツを作るスタッフが二人しかいなく長い行列ができて並ぶのをあきらめた。テーブルを拭くスタッフがいなく、フードコートのようにテーブルが汚い。座席を見回るスタッフがいないので、雑然とした雰囲気で落ち着かなかった。夕方のハッピーアワーも長い行列ができ、１杯飲むのに並ばないといけない。

overall it was an OK experience compared to the hotels we’ve been.

location wise , it’s pretty much in the best location you could ever find. close to the beach, restaurants and shops are just right around the property.

housekeeping could be better. of all the 5 and 4 stars hotel we’ve been, this one is the only hotel that is not impressive when it comes to housekeeping. Not checking the countertops for items that need replacing. Not folding the towels nicely in the bathroom. they just stack them there. I mean I always clean and make some orders in our room anyway but hey, they are not good at their job looks like it.

朝食つきになっているのが嬉しいです。すべての部屋がスイートとのことで使いやすかったですし、部屋は決して新しくはありませんが綺麗でした。

シャワートイレがあればもっとよかったです。チェックインの時に希望したら、一定以上のグレードの部屋だけについているとのこと。この答えは昨年同様です。徐々に増えていくことを期待しています。

Location was very good, Beds were comfortable, pool was superb. The reception hour was fantastic, who doesn’t like free drinks and a variety of snacks . The breakfast is decent. Lots of variety for a diets. My favourite was the french toast and pancakes.

The free happy hour and free breakfast were fantastic! Love the location of the property as well.

The elevators weren’t working too well. The refrigerator in our room had to be switched out.

Great but not worth it.

Excellent location and extremely helpful staff, beautiful views from the balcony and comfortable beds with ample space in the room.

Breakfast was a let down, we are vegetarians and all we could eat was potatoes, bread and fresh fruit. They should have kept pancakes and/or waffles everyday, weekend menu was worse than weekday. Also the evening show was a letdown for waikiki standards. It seems the band doesn't play anymore, it's single performer and space is too little, so if you aren't there by 6,you will not have any seat left, and even then families aren't there for the music but eating the free chips and sauce. Also the drinking water situation is not great. Entire tower has a single water dispenser and they don't give refill water bottles second day onwards. So in a hot stay with many guests, drinking water becomes a challenge.

Awesome! Would definitely return

Amazing location! Not in the middle of all the chaos of Waikiki and only a block from the beach. Live music by the pool on certain evenings. Breakfast was amazing with so many options (eggs bacon sausage toast pancakes biscuits gravy fruit cereal muffins French toast etc) rooms were perfect. Great for families.

Only thing I didn’t like was there was no option for self parking so parking was $45 a day for valet

Great place, would happily stay there again. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants.

The lifts are very slow, could almost do with the service lift becoming a third customer lift.
