Weekend trip

Location is great, short walk to popular Waikiki sites. Bed comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and nice.

This hotel saddened me as we used to stay here a lot about 5 or 6 years ago whenever came for a short vacay. But it changed I guess. Room itself was small, bathroom fits one at a time, even with that, everything is less than arms length to toilet, sink and tub. Bed was soft and comfy though. We drove up to the front by bell man to ask about parking. Our vehicle was on the larger side, Expedition, bellman stood by the vehicle window and told us to go ahead and enter the parking garage and find a spot. He didn't warn that it was tight, had low ceiling, max clearance was 6'3". Our expedition got scratched, part of the top so we had to reverse right away. Front desk later said, oh no, only the first 4 stalls at the entrance of parking garage would fit larger vehicles but it would still be very tight, not sure why we weren't told that when bell man and security was right by our vehicle. That was quite upsetting. We were told to find street parking or walk about 4 blocks away to park at a parking garage. Front desk staff were great, real nice and informative and mentioned how their parking garage is super low and tight so wouldn't recommend unless renting a smaller vehicle. That was a downer for sure when your willing to pay dialy rate but your hotel can't accommodate you. Had to search for parking every evening when we returned from a day's activity, which was time consuming when you're already tired and ready to wind down. We did street parking, which was metered. Can use card or coins. Free breakfast was good, not great. Pretty okay choices for the price.

Great hotel, good location, nice breakfast.

Parking can be a challenge as the hotel parking can be full if you arrive later at night. There aren't enough spots for all guests and it costs around $45.

Decent but I would stay somewhere else next time

Friendly staff - they were wonderful. Good location - little bit of a walk from main strip

Room had a stale smell - had to leave the window open. Fan in the bathroom and AC were so loud. AC kept making a tapping noise even when off. Hot water worked sometimes and other times was tepid. Only stayed 2 nights otherwise I would have asked to change rooms

Würde wieder kommen, jedoch in ein anderes Hotel. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht.

Die Lage, Nähe zum Strand und ins Zentrum in beide Richtungen war ok.

Zimmer zu klein, kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, zu wenig Abstellfläche insgesamt. Frühstücksraum für soviele Touristen viel zu klein, keine Abwechslung zum Essen, Auswahl sehr gering. Ananas nur zwei mal in 12 Tagen. Im Zentrum fast nur Asiatische Restaurants angetroffen, kam mir teils vor wie in China und nicht wie in Hawaii. Essen ohne Gluten für Zöliakiebetroffene gestaltete sich sehr schwierig.

This is a great for vacation and it was affordable.

I absolutely loved the staff, they were so polite and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again. It’s convenient to all of the shops on the strip within walking distance.

The breakfast was good, and the location from the ocean was good.

I did update my room to ocean view on Booking.com, but we did not get ocean view, actually we were facing buildings and streets. I did complain to the Hotel front desk and they said they are all booked, but If there is a room available they will change our room and that neve happened. I asked some of the guests who are on our floor on the ocean view side If they request the ocean view and get what they requested. A couple of guests told me they got what they requested and payed for which is ocean front and ocean view. I payed extra to have a view of the ocean and did not get it, very disappointed. I should get my money back, I should not pay extra for the service that was not given to me.

Spent so much on our holiday, very very dissapointed with the hotel.

The only thing which I liked was that they had laundry at the hote.

Room service was hopless, Our room was never vacumed while our 9 days stay there, rubbish was on the floor all the time, they kept on forgetting to put the soap etc,one day we didn't had any tolet paper. Cleaners had already cleaned the room, when we came back in the afternoon, my granddaughter went to the toilet, thats when we realised that there was no toilet paaper, I had to run down and get the roll while she was in the toilet. When I had checked in, they double chaqrged my credit, plus they didn't even realised that it wad ouble charged, it was me after checking my acccount, I realed that and checked. There was water leakage from the ceiling of my room plus the aircon was so dirty. I don't think it has been cleaned for years.

we loved our stay and plan to use this hotel again.

close to shopping and the beach. breakfast was excellent. the patio was perfect for lounging. staff were friendly & helpful. the room was small but very functional, and the bed was comfortable. we paid for an ocean view room and the view was incredible.

parking was a bit of a hassle with a broken machine in the garage, but we made it work.

Enjoyed it. Hopefully the third elevator is up and running soon for that morning rush.

Location and staff are great. Our view was amazing. The room had everything we needed and well designed/ good bang for buck.

Not enough elevators, waiting can take up to 10 minutes. The breakfast is average but is included in the price. The air conditioning is very noisy and not very effective.
