The room was just what we needed, no more no less. In all honesty we slept thru breakfast So guess the beds were that comfortable, lol . What I really liked is the hotel was in walking distance to everything we did over our stay the Rock& Roll Hall of Fame, Dinner and a local Ghost Tour

Room wasn't cleaned during our stay and there were a number of bugs in the room which meant we suffered a number of bites.
Was a pet in the room before?

Location
Rooms weren’t ready at check in AND had to taken single king room instead of double queen room w my 2 kids because we couldn’t get into what we had already paid for. And, our room smelled like urine.

Originally, I liked it because it had a lot under one roof. Pool, restaurant, bar
Upon arrival we were told the hotel was overbooked and we could only have a queen sized bed instead of the king room we booked. The restaurant had limited selections for dinner. The food for breakfast was definitely NOT worth the $18 it costs. Maid service has to be asked for as do extra towels, which we ended up having to go through the clean laundry to find. The coffee maker in the lobby was broken the whole stay (5nights).

good location for the sights we wanted to see
the staff wouldn't add my hilton honors account to our file, so I didn't earn points.

Parking was limited

Proximity to Progressive Field.
Employees were not friendly or helpful at all. Bathroom was dirty. Only had a half of a roll of toilet paper. When we asked the front desk for some along with shampoo, she acted like we were bothering her. Every time we walked by the desk they were on their cell phones and not paying attention to anything. Did not feel welcome there at all.

Liked the location, pool & Hot Tub.
Bathroom sink drain was clogged, got repaired on the last day. Did not like to have to ask for more towels, Kleenex and toilet paper as rooms are not made up each day due to Covid-19. We would have liked a free hotel shuttle to the Browns football game.

Breakfast was good and the staff friendly
Could do with cleaning up the corridors like new carpets, and maybe get better bar staff

Great location to walk to the Cleveland Guardian's game and local restaurants. Clean and Comfortable.
Disappointed I had to pay for parking since I paid over $600 for two rooms.

Location to ballpark
Room was old. Noisy area (near highway). Pool had loud kids screaming and young children using hot tub.

Location was great.
Property is run down and not clean.

The rates almost tripled for the night we booked & with our room over the pool the chlorine smell was overwhelming

No housekeeping service during a 4 day stay. For the price they charge, daily housekeeping should be expected. Otherwise, you're not really a hotel - you're just an overpriced Air bnb. Pool was open but hottub was closed the entire time.

Nothing
I was charged for parking when I didn’t even have a vehicle when I was there. I kept calling for my refund.

The location was excellent
We never saw housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to get my own toilet paper because there was none in the room. We had already used the last tissues. Also the small store was out of several snacks and drinks. When I asked about things, I was told it was a popular item and they were out. Two other guests were behind me and were told the same thing about two different items. It didn’t impact me, but on the second day of our stay the lobby was packed with guests waiting to get in their rooms. It was 4:30 and check in time was 3:00.

Location to progressive field and downtown area.
Cost compared to what it actually was. Breakfast you have to pay for. Wifi you have to pay for. Room was very small. Bathroom had a water leak from the ceiling in the shower. Wasn't the cleanest room but could have been better.

Room space
Pool always under maintenance
Horrible parking especially when you have to pay for it
No complimentary breakfast like other Hilton brands
Breakfast food was not worth the cost
You get 3 half pillows per bed. Essentially you’re getting a pillow and a half per bed

Location from I90.
Back parking lot was neglected. Felt like it was low priority. People do care where they leave their cars so not a good first impression.

I love that you can actually park on site and in the parking lot with the hotel! Unlike most places downtown Cle! Room was clean! Loved that they have rooms you can stay with your pet, which sometimes you have to do.
Nothing really

the restaurant and bar were closed two of the four nights. once for being under staffed and once for lack of business. the employee locked the door in our face as we were trying to walk in.
