Location very good and convenient
Showers and bathroom below par and the acoustic were such you could hear next door
4.1
The hotel is centrally located, which makes it easy to get to most of the major attractions of Cleveland. The hotel clerk at check-in was on the ball and very competent.
The only thing to note was that one of the three elevators wasn't working. This wasn't great when a crowd of people needed to get up to their room.

Absolutely everything!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
And the front desk staff, including hotel manager were delightful & professional.
Will definitely stay there again.
Daily Valet Parking is expensive.

It was clean staff was nice!
The parking is terrible that parking Garage is a joke 13 dollars every time you park and they close the garage early and you have no access to your car til morning! Velvet parking is a must!
4.1
Pool.
1. Ordered room service for only 2 people and an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill.
2. No parking only $44 Valet. A completely separate parking garage has to be used because they do not have any parking of their own. Ridiculous. I had to pay $27 for a parking garage and bit didn't guarantee anything. No theft nothing.

The employees were ALL amazing from Alex the concierge to Lana the housekeeper. Front desk were warm and inviting, and made us feel welcome from the time of check in to check out.
I don't really have anything to complain about

I loved that I could take my daughter and her friends downtown Cleveland and feel safe by myself. I felt comfortable and secure the whole time. It felt like home - important for a woman traveling alone.
The view was the best in the house! Kids had their own area to hang out in with their own tv.
The breakfast was worth the spend. I plan on doing this again for my daughter whenever we come to Cleveland for a show or concert - this way I don’t have to park at the event or drive home late at night.
I was confused and thought breakfast was for all room occupants - it’s only two. This could be better stated online. I would have still booked and paid for it - I just felt slighted.
The room states 2 bunk beds and 1 bunk bed. We only got 1 bunk bed although I paid for 2. I’m not sure what the difference is between the 1 and 2 bunk beds? I tried to add a cot for the 3rd friend but it was a fire hazard. I’m guessing the 1 bunk bed is just a single twin bed. Could be stated clearer online.

The staff was great. Very professional, yet friendly. The restaurant food was great. Had breakfast daily (love that it was available in advance) and had dinner Saturday night. Dinner really exceeded expectations. Pool and spa were used, as was the gym.
The hotel got crowded/busy for football game and an elevator was out. Many in my party said they took too long the entire weekend.
4.1
The location is ideal for going to any event in the Theatre district. Clean, big rooms with lots of lobby amenities.
As is the case with all downtown hotels it’s a bit pricey.

Location and Staff
4.1
The room was very spacious, beds were comfy! Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Shower could have been a bit cleaner (some mildew spots visible); had dinner in the restaurant, but they weren't offering the full menu the evening we stayed, due to some kind of staff or supply issue. The food was very good regardless - but a bit on the pricey side.

Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants
I chose a hotel with a restaurant so I can eat at anytime and go for a nightcap before bed but the restaurant closed at 10:30 am and didn’t open until 5:00 and closed again at 10. I’m out in the evening and would like to be able to go for a drink before bed (can’t because they’re already closed) and get up late in the morning so need to go out for breakfast or lunch because once again they are closed when I need them.

Location is outstanding - Easy walking distance to most attractions. Staff very helpful and responsive- the definition of 'Midwest Nice". Adowntown location easily accessible and hassle free - Will definitely use again. Ji

The Manager. ( white haired gentleman with glasses) He was excellent! Definitely a keeper.
Location was good.
Very comfortable.
Dining room was inconsistent. Staff was great. First night seated us at 4:50 p. Second night wouldn’t seat till 5:10. Other diners were leaving going somewhere else.
1st night of dining, drink came with cherries and lime. Ordered a steak Burger , choice of potato or side salad, took salad
2nd night ordered the exact same thing. No garnish in drink and I couldn’t get the side salad apparently over night this decision was made but I could get a 1/2 of a different salad, which I was allergic to most of the toppings at a cost. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get the side which consisted of lettuce, cuke, croutons when I could get this other one. Even the waitress said she would ask if she could put this simple side salad together for me and the kitchen said no. Simple but no longer allowed. Makes zero sense.
3rd night we went someplace else.
Would be nice to have a healthier selection in the snack shop.
Pool was closed due to renovations. Would have been nice to have that on your site when I made the reservation. We didn’t find out until we got there. That was a one of the reason along with the in-house restaurant we decided to stay here.

Perfect location and the staff is wonderful...very attentive.

Staff very friendly. Restaurant staff exceptionally so.
Hotel blamed Booking.com for mix-up that delayed our check-in by 90 minutes. My son said hotel's computers should have caught the error.
Maids could not speak English.

excellent staff; very friendly,
breakfast was fair; also, breakfast didn't start until 7:30 am on Saturday-too late for us since we were leaving by 7; water pressure fair; beds somewhat soft

Good location
Very thin walls. Extremely noisy neighbors. Didn't help that sn actual fire kept us outbof hotel for almost 4 hours
4.1
Buffet breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Had much better breakfast at less expensive hotels.

Always a good experience in the dining room and all staff was very helpful
Our room would not cool down and was uncomfortable during the night and morning.
