Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Superfrühstück.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Sehr großes Bad. Das Frühstück war super im Vergleich zum üblichen Frühstück in USA.

Die Entfernung zum Strand und Stadtmitte weit.

El hotel es cómodo, las habitaciones lindas, el desayuno es muy bueno, queda a 15 min caminando de las olas y Riverwalk. Su ubicación es estratégica para tener un hotel con costos no muy elevados en un buen sector

El parqueadero hay que pagarlo 28 dólares, a pesar de que es un parqueadero del hotel, este costo es adicional. A una cuadra queda la estación de buses y ves muchos habitantes de calle en ese sector. Recomendación, si sales caminando, ir hacia la derecha (todo es hermoso) y no hacia la izquierda (habitantes de calle y aparente uso de drogas)

Will not return.

Only one person that was patient and helpful even after she was training a new worker. And he still double charged me after she showed him how to handle the situation was Amanda

Roch in restroom,trash debris all up against the baseboard and restrooms,floor wasn't vacuumed properly,TV didn't work. Had to be replaced. Air thermostat went out twice and had to ask more than twice for assistance and to replace the batteries. Hair was in the Breakfast potatoes & the workers with braids goes to tell me that it wasn't hair. But it was gray hair. Tried to get an orange an black hair was on that as well. Jason refuse to return phone calls and come out of his ✌️ office to see what he can do to resolve the issue. Restroom sink wasn't cleaned good. Hair smeared all over the counter 🤢 didn't use a clean towel. Comforter wasn't replaced has stain and perfume smell on it.

Very disappointed, I would’ve asked for a refund if I didn’t have to go back out.

Free breakfast.

Carpet in the room was dirty, the shower wasn’t draining properly and gunk was flowing back. They had to come unclog. They removed a bunch of hair and backup gunk, then tub wasn’t cleaned. I had to wash down with hot water. Once I got out of the shower, found that I didn’t have any iron or ironing board. Finally brought one up but I showed up late to a dinner.

Breakfast limited to a few options, so don’t agree with some reviews. Although it seems well located, there is nothing around, a lot of empty buildings and no movement of people/cars after 6pm. We tried to find a place nearby to eat, but there was nothing close enough and we were afraid of walking in that neighborhood.

Adequate but can be more comfortable. The shower and toilet seat need repair.

The room is sparsely decorated. Feeling facilities too basic. Food adequate but self service!

Check in time too late. Had to make a fuss before room can be ready despite request was made at booking. Flight arrived at 7 am and so very tired!

Grote comfortabele kamer maar niet zonder issues.

Afwerking was matig, licht verouderd. Locatie is ok, maar veel daklozen in de omgeving en je moet eigenlijk alles met een taxi doen. De fitness ruimte is erg warm.

The property was want and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The roller in my room had some issues on arrival and had to be fixed but other than that it was good.

It was good but not worth the money that we paid

Breakfast was great. Lot of options and it changed daily. Didn't walk around that much because of the location and safety issues.

Room cleanliness was awful. There was bottle cap and advil on the floor and we had a toddler, so it could of been very dangerous. Housekeeping was not done properly. Front desk kept changing about house keeping saying 'you need to make a request before 10am' or ' we do house keeping daily'

Overall an okay experience but wouldn't rush to stay there again

I liked how close the hotel was to the waterfront and activities.

The hotel was located in a seedy area with tons of homeless people walking around. As we stepped outside the hotel, we were met with someone offering drugs. However, the waterfront was in walking distance. Also, the breakfast was subpar. We stayed only two nights and the price was ridiculous (almost $800). I hope that was because it was around Spring Break time. Otherwise, the price is too high for what it offered.

The price was too high for what you get.

The air conditioner was terrible. They have an old one that is very loud and can't lower the temperature as much as you set it. I couldn’t sleep because of that noise, and there was no fresh air in the room. Breakfast is poor.

The room stank really badly of stale sweaty socks and it was very noisy. I complained as soon as I arrived and asked to move rooms but they just shrugged it off. I would've checked out and gone elsewhere but I'd paid in advance online and would've lost my payment - and it wasn't it cheap. Very poor value for money. Breakfast was appalling and the whole thing was terrible. Faucet was broken so the shower was next to useless. Aircon fan was really noisy and broken so I couldn't turn it off, so a maintenance guy had to come and take it apart to turn it off.

Didn’t wind up staying because it was so bad and they still charged me for the stay. They won’t honor the price you book

Didn’t even stay it was sooooo bad. The property had a terrible odor. The staff very extremely rude. At one point they started yelling at a guest. They tried to charge me a $100 over the price I booked for. They then said take it or leave it. So I left it. Scam of a hotel. So sad.

The walking distance to any place.

Nothing really. Better food at the bar at night. You can nuke anything but when the center is still cold it’s no bueno.

The refrigerator was not as cool as I would like it to be we had to add ice in a cooler to keep the child's milk cool enough, the bed skirt was filthy, the carpet looked nasty, with all the lighting the room still was dim/could use more lighting in the room, and the breakfast food was horrible. The eggs were too fake and the juice was too weak.
