Overall, the room was cozy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and the location was great.

Some other guests were allowed to utilize the pool well into the wee hours. I was awakened by the noise at three in the morning.

This was fine, not great.

The location was great and you can walk to the beach. There are a few pools to choose from and the pool was wonderful!

There was a roach in our room the last morning and while checking out they did nothing. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom or around the place. The rooms could use some paint too.

O Hotel é bem arrumado, mas bem simples - lembra as pousadas básicas do litoral norte de SP. A localização é fantástica, apenas uma quadra da praia e cercada por uma boa vizinhança. Região muito segura e arrumada. Os funcionários do hotel são fantásticos. Estacionamento do hotel é um ponto positivo - por conta do custo e da disponibilidade de vagas

A limpeza do quarto é bem básica. As instalações do quarto são mais antigas. O hotel em si é um pouco barulhento. Se a sua intenção é se hospedar em um lugar simples para curtir a praia a um preço razoável, essa é a opção certa. Se você procura por luxo e conforto, esse hotel não é a opção

The AC wasn’t great. It would blow directly on you while sleeping The hot tubs weren’t working and we had to use another hotels hot tub. Not as convenient

Nice Area, Cool location at a reasonable price

Even though we stayed only one night due to a cruise the next day, the location was great. Everything was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was perfect, all that we needed and clean. Loved the microwave and frig a big plus.

We had some issues with the TV but it didn't matter since it was only one night.

Simple but great

The location was great and the room was lovely.

I didnt like that when I asked for the room to be cleaned all the towels were not replaced. Hulu on the tv was not working. It is hard to get luggage upstairs without staff assistance. The pool is not clean.

Amazing and Wonderful!!

We Love this Property!! It’s our third time staying at North Beach! It’s our Favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale . It’s a block from the beach, a great restaurant with great food! There are three pools to enjoy and a hot tub also.

Nothing really . The rooms could use a little paint touch ups but other than that it’s great!! Always Clean!

Overpriced And Photos Are Deceptive

Check-in staff were energetic and cheerful. Our room did not smell musty. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were crisp.

They did not replenish hand towels and wash cloths or shampoo , conditioner, and lotion, and there was only enough for one use for one person. The advertised picture made the room look nice. It was old with peeling paint and weirdly kluged together patch repairs to door jams. The floor was cracked and stained. It was not worth the $300+ a night. It was only worth $75 a night. They did not clean the shower or floors while we were there. They made the bed with lumpy spots. The electric and lighting was insufficient.

Love the location, price and distance to the beach but was not a fan of our room amenities.

The hot tub and the pool areas were nice and the cafe had great food and drinks. I liked that it was so close to the beach and other restaurants. Everything was walking distance. Our friends even rented bikes about a block from the hotel to adventure out further.

We had 15 people and all of the rooms were very different even though the cost was the same. Our room did not have a dresser or place to store clothes so we had our suitcases on the floor the whole time. Others had a dresser and full kitchen areas. Some rooms had big showers, ours was small. I wished all of the pools were heated instead of just the one. Three of the pools were ice cold! The bed was okay but the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well because of the pillows.

room was dirty, no heating was freezing, next door air con fan was on off every 30 seconds all night we got about 1hrs sleep. the office where we kept our luggage the next day was locked and took around 20-30 mins for someone to attend. 2302 was our room the table edges where coming off no power next to bed. for £208 for the night was a rip off

Fort Lauderdale is beautiful and the location is great however I would not stay at this hotel again

the location was good and the pool was nice

the room was out dated. there were no utensils/plates/cups. there was only one chair. the faucets were dirty it was very difficult to get towels. I feel because we booked through Expedia we were given an old room that has not been updated. when we asked to be moved they said they were booked, however there were no other guests in our complex, all the rooms were empty

Amazing/Peaceful

I loved everything about this property. It’s a quick Uber ride from FLL airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful/accommodating. A big thank you to Demetrius!! The location is very quiet. Parking is available, there are 2 pools and a hot tub. A restaurant is right next to the property: the food was delicious! The beach and other restaurants are just a few minutes walking. Overall It was a great stay and I’m planning to come back.

location and number of pools, Restaurants was next door and convenient

Beds were not fully made no fitted sheet bed was made with flat sheet and the bottom of the bed was showing the mattress, blankets are extremely thin. was woken up to cans and bottles being hit together at 6:30am. as shows pool towels are available however was told none available on site.
