3rd time at the property

They have not returned the deposit

They have not returned the deposit that they forced me to give, 50 dollars per night, I do not recommend it No me han devuelto el depósito que me obligaron a dar, 50 dólares por noche, no lo recomiendo

Hotel location is convenient, close to freeway and many commercial sites. Breakfast is good.

breakfast is good with on-site made omelet, oatmeal, many drink selections, fruits and etc.

bed is horrible. Mattress is squeaky. I had back pain after a night sleep.

Where do I start. Paid parking - Really? Whatever. The hotel lobby smelled horribly. I have no idea what the smell was but it was atrocious. The lobby is also old dated. Some sparse furniture that looked like it was about to be give to a group of local college students. It also felt like a tomb, no music on top of the smell. Room was beat, I mean beat. everything showed wear and tear or was just out right broken. It was like a hotel the time forgot... not a hotel that was in anyway associated with the Hilton chain. I will not be back.

First they gave me a room that was occupied and had to go to the front desk to get another key and room. And second the shower was broken.

close to highway and restaurants

too many things did not work in the room first time. had to call front desk several times. First the AC thermostat did not work and the AC made too much noise. maintenance had to be called. Next there was no coffee/tea bags in the room - had to be called. they delivered the pack, but it did not have stirrers, had to be called. The light switch to the rooms is unusual. Turning on the switch as you enter the room does not turn on the lights. you have to then go and turn on a table lamp. so if table lamp is off, the light switch does nothing - how is one to know! called front desk and they did not know - maintenance came and explained it.

Great for families

Spotless clean. Updated nice bathroom. Heater and AC worked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! My kids loved the indoor pool because the water was heated. Walk in to a large living room space with couch, table, chair, large TV, microwave, and fridge Bedroom was separated which was a plus with another large TV. Breakfast buffet included.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.

Great hotel for flying out-in to SFO. Indoor pool/hot tub and updated, large rooms w/walk-in showers

We checked in late, so I asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon checkout, compared to the usual 11 am) and the guy working at the front desk gave us a 2 PM check out at no charge! Definitely a pleasant surprise!

No complimentary coffee in the AM. The Starbucks across the street was cheaper than the hotels “Bistro”, which served Starbucks as well.

it was a very clean, beautiful and nice hotel

I wish it had a restaurant and bar area that was open during the day.
