Beds were okay, that's about it.
The graveyard of weevil corpses in the rooms weren't a welcome sight. The chairs in the room were stained and old. The sink and tub drained slow. The shower and bathroom tiles were stained. Definitely not worth the price paid. The pool and hot tub were drained/ not working. Definitely not worth $128/ night.

Absolutely nothing.
The hotel room was infested with beetles. It was awful and the room was dirty and not cleaned well. We told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do except note it in a book.

Our house in Meadow lake wasn't able to be lived in so I booked with them and they shut us down because we lived in Meadow lake, my wife and kids needed somewhere to live and they said no even though we were in a bad situation
They are rude, inconsiderate and not helpful

How I was basically being harassed to check out by 9 am till check out time at 11 also how rude the staff were. Made me feel uncomfortable for sure

nothing
We went to check-in and the lobby was disgusting. It smelled dirty and the furniture/floors etc were in significant disrepair. The desk clerk was less than helpful and although we lost the cost of the hotel room for the night we refused to stay there.

The beds are comfortable.
We are on the road a lot and stay in hotels at least twice a week. I reserve rooms online because I have the option of paying at the hotel.
When checking in, I asked the clerk if she charged my credit card and she said "No." I checked my bank and said, "Yes you did! I wanted to pay cash!" She wanted to see the transaction and said, "Oh yeah, I did." On top of blatantly lying to me, she was rude, had no customer service skills and didn't suggest any solution. The next morning I asked for a late check-out and said "Nope, you can check-out at 11" and hung up. In retrospect, I should have complained about her unprofessional behaviour to the manager.
This latest visit, I booked online again and wrote a request: "Do NOT charge my credit card again, I will pay cash." After checking in, I noticed they charged my credit card. I talked with the clerk about it and she said she'll talk to the manager. This girl was at least courteous to me however, nothing was done and there was no follow up on honouring my request.
There was also a broken tub part in the corner of the tub, and when I looked up I noticed how dirty the ceiling was - which was covered in brown spots. The bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned and the room had fruit flies!
I'm never happy staying there, but my spouse is in a band and they use that hotel frequently. I'll be suggesting to switch to a different hotel.

No pool facility, outdated interior, view

The staff is nice and attentive.
They don't take care of the rooms at all. In my room the office chair had one of its arms totally falling off. The towel rack was very unstable and also fell off. Finally the bathroom drain clogged completely and overflowed my bathroom.
4.0
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.
Only rooms left were smoking, ( we are non-smokers) due to a very busy weekend in the area w events. The manager was very accommodating and gave sone cleaners/air purifier spray to help w the smell.
4.5
Great breakfast, helpful staff, clean room
Rather noisy: little soundproofing
Door to parking could not be accessed by room card from outside
Transport truck occupied all 8 of the guest parking spaces behind the building nearest guest rooms.

it was close to work
unfortunately the pool/hot tub was closed and that was the secondary reason for choosing this property. other than that all was good

Staff helped us to get some rental property contacts.
Hideous room. It made us claustrophobic.
Dusty chair, table and windows.
Clogged bathtub. Didn't even use it twice and didn't care to complain.
Sloppy breakfast. Couldn't take a second bite of that wrap. The place is definitely not worth for what we paid.

Good Breakfast.
The Carpet doen't look clean enough. The water in the tub didn't through well. It need to be a DRANO.

Breakfast was good.
The general state of the hotel needed some work. Pool and hot tub were out of services. Walls needed paint and cleaning was simply ok.

Stunk like a wet cat. Woke up to see a square foot of old blood on the side of the bed. Pool was empty, hot tub was empty. Was filthy.
