Okay, but double check the details

The mattress and pillows were amazing! We appreciated the kitchenette and everything supplied, though we did not use it to its full potential, it was great to know it's an option for a future stay. The indoor pool was a warm temperature and was a great start and end to our day.

The hot tub was empty, which was disappointing and was not mentioned to us on arrival even when we asked for the hours and location to these amenities. It was disappointing that the front desk did not mention this and instead told us where to find the pool and hot tub and its operating hours. It's frustrating to pay full price for a stay and to receive false information after handing over my credit card....

We have a very comfortable stay and are planning to stay here again on our trip back.

This was the first BW that asked if we were BW card/club members. The bed and pillows were very good. The room was clean and had all the extras. The Continental breakfast was above our expectations and well maintained. The front desk was friendly and professional which sets the tone for your stay.

Everything was better than what we would find here. So great job!!

TV didn’t work, when they weren’t able to fix it and didn’t have an alternate room available, they automatically gave us a refund. We were satisfied with that response.

All the glasses in the cupboard were very dirty. The counter was sticky and had a couple of pieces of popcorn on it. Someone’s hair elastic on the floor. There was a spill of some sort on the bathroom door and the faucet on the shower hadn’t been cleaned. When we mentioned this at checkout, we were told we should have told them as soon as we checked in (we didn’t notice right away) and they would have given us another room (which they had already said they didn’t have). We were appalled at the waste at breakfast - single use plastic cups and cutlery and paper plates and everything just goes in the garbage bin, no recycling. This isn’t okay in 2022 and where we come from (Vancouver) it’s not even legal!

The breakfast was amazing. And it was overall, quiet…aside from the trains. But, it did stop after 10:45pm. Started up again at 4:45am. But, I am a light sleeper.

The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The first night I was checking in the lady was more than helpful and so kind, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to the staff at the best western!

The breakfast was reasonable . The bed was exceptional. The room was very very clean

Didn’t like that my room rate was higher from booking.com than if I had walked in off the street. In future I will simply call direct to the hotel !!!

Very relaxing, clean rooms and friendly staff.

This location was wonderful from the friendly, inviting and accommodating staff. I love that the showers have great water pressure. Breakfasts were great and the staff always greeted you when you arrived in the morning. wonderful set up rooms with great piilows and a very comfy bed.

I really had no negative thoughts.
