I liked how close it was to the airport and the central areas had prettt fountains but that didn’t necessarily match the overall cheap motel style of the rooms
How far the river ranch and pools were away from the rooms. The elevators were slow and outdated. The overall property was in dire need of an update. But the worst part is the undisclosed hidden fees, my booking was almost 200$ more than what I was quoted based on “resort” fees

All of the amenities
The beds were super uncomfortable
3.0
the location
nothing was open, the property needs a facelift. not worth it for the price
9.0
Kept clean and staff was friendly
Pool water was hot, the only pool with cool water had a waterfall. I understand these issues can’t be controlled due to our hot summers

Some parts where dirty

Took forever to check in

Room was a little tight but served it puropse
Fridge was possibly out but they replaced it right away

The staff was able to get us near an elevator due to knee issues we couldn’t walk up the stairs.
The temperature of the water at the river ranch was too warm and not refreshing. There must be some way to turn on an air ration system to cool it down at night.
6.0
The pool
The property has gone really down hill since I stayed there a year ago. We had to switch rooms because the first room the carpet was filthy, the couch had so many bleach stains and there was a dirty white bikini top on our patio. The second patio had smoked joints on the brick wall
9.0
Location, amenities.
Hard to manage but with so many people, drunken older men leering at underage girls and acting inappropriate (so much so that people leave the drunkard’s general area). A major black eye in my opinion.
8.0
The convenience of being able to park and bring your luggage/stuff into the rooms very easily.
It needs a little outdoor cleaning
2.0
Loved the staff super friendly!!
No parking , elevator broke we had to walk 3 floors . And no parking !!

We Loved the convenience of being able to walk to either pool with little effort! The pools were the prefect depth for my 5 yo to get her water confidence and swim like a fish!
Beds were a tad bit uncomfortable. And our room was difficult to get into. We had to put our shoulders into the door to make It open. It was sticking to the frame.

We really like this place, the river ranch is great for the kids and enjoyable for adults too. Rooms are not the most modern but I love the layout and they are comfortable, overall they are good.
The river ranch bathrooms (near main pool & slide) are very small and if you need to change it is very difficult.

Needs facelift

The room was not really large enough for 5 people. The bathroom was in between the bedroom and living room so using it in the middle of the night disrupted everyone’s the water park opened later than expected and got busy fast. The water could have been warmer

Your employees were sweet and very helpful
Our room had mold in the shower, a drawer missing from the dresser and trash next to the bed other than that it was great 👍

i love the facilities, the concierge and front desk staff are wonderful

El servicio del personal EXCELENTE!.. super amables y serviciales en todo momento.
Las habitaciones los muebles muy desgastados y viejos ..el precio no justifica la habitación.

The pools were excellent.
Restaurants advertised on the web were not available or open. We had to travel out into the community to find places to eat.

The staff was pleasant
The beds were not comfortable and our room was kinda dirty like it had not been used in a very long time

I liked the amenities, the on site restaurants and cafe at the water park. The location is great as there are stores all around to get things you need. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the towels available at the water park and pool. I liked the lazy river. I like the size of the Kong Suite.
The prices are very high and the water park, restaurants. And cafe close early. The tv kept going in and out. A maintenance tech came to check but had no resolution. You have to ask for a microwave if you want one. There were several people at the waterpark without wristbands so it had me thinking did everyone pay to enter. The bed was nice lookong but uncomfortable

Food was good. Breakfast staff were awesome. Very close to the pools.
Our pool was under construction the whole time. Facility is really out of date. The water park isn’t that great. The slide was hardly opened and excuses were made because they didn’t want to man it. Everything is way overpriced. Get ready to pay $10 per coors light.

Room size was great. Absolutely loved the water park! All staff were amazingly friendly and helpful

The pool was fine. As soon as we got to the lazy River someone threw up and they closed it down for the night. It has beautiful scenery but could be cheaper. And the air conditioner was broken. We had to move rooms. Not much a complaint it’s the season but as I said for the price they need to offer discounts if guests are experiencing hardships.

Location of the hotel.
It was a room with disability features; however, one of the shower fixtures in the roll-in bathroom was so tight it could hardly be turned. When reported to the front desk the response was blaze. Also, beeping defective smoke detector in room next door took 9 hours to get fixed.

location was good
resort feel
9.0
Very easy to find everything, property was very clean
Understandably very hot outside but felt like the rooms would not get cool
6.0
Breakfast was good and included
Very expensive drinks at the facility, shower was not clean before our arrival, hairballs on the walls of the shower. Lots of deferred maintenance, no AC in elevators, at the pool the lazy river was super hot and murky. The pool and lazy river are missing many tiles. This used to be a nice hilton. Needs a refresh and update.

The pullout couch bed was actually comfortable. I liked that they had live music at the pool even tho it wasn't needed it was fun. Frozen drinks at the pool were good. Liked that they had water outside all over throughout the pool area, and it was cold.
I just felt like overall it was over priced. The rooms were ok and pretty clean, the food and drinks were over priced. There were so many people you could hardly find a place to sit in the pool. Not enough tubes at the pool, or maybe just too many people. Lots of nickel and diming going on. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal through booking, but after all the other fees tacked on it still ended up being about $600 for one night for 2 average rooms.

Floating down the lazy river with a pina coloda was the perfect end to a stressful day. the Hole in the Wall bar and restaurant was just perfect for me.
Noisy neighbors, rooms are not sound proofed very well
6.0
Room was nice. Pools were nice
1. Overcrowding of the water park. Selling to the public leaves the guest's suffering. Shouldn't have to "fight" with the public for space if I am a resort paying customer.
2. No one came to clean room, replace towels/amenities, we stayed 2 nights. Had to search for a maid.
3. No ice machine worked. Dribbled 1-2 pieces of ice every 5 minutes
4. Room was horribly hot, AC did not cool down room at all.
9.0
the pools
rooms were out dated
