The location is ideal. The hotel is in the center of town and easy access to all the main attractions in Phoenix.
This is not the first time I have stayed here, but this is certainly the last. I requested that my room be cleaned and it was not. I called up for fresh towels and they did not arrive, so I called back an additional 2 times. So I called for towels 3 times in the span of 60 - 70 minutes. Then on one of the final calls the front desk said I could go downstairs and get them. I paid over $1000 for 2 nights and they couldn't bring me fresh towels? A total lack of customer service. Not worth what I paid, and nowhere near close. Never staying here again and I visit Phoenix 2 a year.

The location was great!!!!
We had mold on the floor of the shower, there was construction going on so loud banging and sawing noises( no sleeping in) they were missing some bean bags for corn hole so we asked someone for them and he said he would get them but we waited 30 min and he never came back. We looked the next day and they still did not have the bean bags.

Only location
Lots of things not meet my expectations and I thought a 5 start hotel I don’t know why booking listed as 5 start hotel

Only location is good. All other things about this hotel are bad.
- AC makes very loud sounds, you can not relax and sleep in peace.
- Upon check in we found out that the flash in toilet makes a sound (keeps refilling), it was basically leaking. We said them, they fixed it.
- We found out that the telephone does not work, they just disconnected it, we kept calling all day. So we were forced to go down on the reception a few times.
- They don’t provide slippers, bathrobes. We had to push them hard to get it. First they said they can find slippers for us but not bathrobes as they don’t have it, but then they brought slippers and bathrobes together. We just pushed them and were very unhappy, probably that’s why they brought all what we requested.
- The water is stuck in the sink every time you open it, it just doesn’t go away properly.
- They don’t provide tooth brush and other utilities.
- Room service doesn’t work at night. They stop at 11 pm and start at 6.30 am.
Overall the hotel is VERY old and “tired”. They have to renovate it and improve their service as well. I’m not happy at all with this hotel. The worst hotel out of all in which we stayed in USA. It looks like 3 starts hotel, not more. I didn’t expect to see anything like this in USA.

beautiful hotel! The rooms were cozy, bedding very comfortable. William at the front desk was exceptional!
The pool area was a bit disappointing in comparison to the rest of the hotel. it was small, dingy, and didn’t maintain the same beauty and quality as the rest of the property.

The location was perfect from our venue. The valet and the front desk clerks were phenomenal. Esthetically, the hotel was beautiful!
The bartenders were very rude to my husband. I think they thought he was a homeless guy because he has a beard. They served him beer in a dirty plastic cup. I complained and they brought him a glass pint. My kids were very disappointed with no WiFi. My 10 year old found a pill that was left on the floor by her side of the bed and my husband found an empty cherry pepsi can by his. We only had 3 washcloths and there were 4 of us staying in the room. My husband said when he went and sat at the bar for a drink, the bartender made him pay for his drink first before he would get served. I wish I could say we loved it, but we all agreed to not vacation in Phoenix again.

Awesome service from Savanna, Brit and Zach (one to use, one to lose!!).
Cleaning of the rooms could have been done a bit better, and more options on the breakfast menu.

It’s in a convenient location, walking distance to Chase Field. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the place is very clean, the cleaning people were constantly walking around cleaning! Beds were super comfy!
It was chaos when we arrived and when we left…everyone there for a concert. Had to stand in line for 45 minutes just to check-in, then when we were able to check-in, there were no rooms ready so we were told they would call us when one was available, we waited an hour! I had my husband go check and they had rooms ready but they never called to tell us like they said they would, the manager got us in a room quickly after, which was awesome and they didn’t charge us for the valet parking, which is about $50 a night. Needless to say, they need to be ready for big events cuz we missed an hour of our concert!
Rooms are nice, beds are comfy, the only small inconvenience was that they didn’t change the body soap or conditioner in the shower which was no biggie, we were only there one night.
