Decent place, well located, terrible value.

Walkable to many downtown areas. Provided breakfast.

It’s not the nicest Best Western I’ve stayed at. It was just fine. The price was through the roof due to Spring Training.

Gotta try it

The rooms were very clean and the bed was excellent. The bathroom was very roomy. But the bed was the best!

The entrance door was super slow. That's it.

Breakfast didn't have lots of choices, but what was there was good and it was nice to sit outside and eat.

Overpriced but the room served it’s purpose.

The room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed, hair in the corners, and the tub felt like it was going to sink in a whole.

could get any apps on the tv in the room and most of the channels were blocked, and the channels that were good to watch it kept lagging due to poor wifi other than that pretty good service

like I state only a customer 3 doors down where our room was told us not to slam the door. I am sure about that. I belie

the property was great. only that one customer told us not to slam the door.

Exceptional

Location to Downtown and Roosevelt Row was fantastic. I walked everywhere. Reception staff were friendly and great. Actually all staff were friendly, housekeepers and breakfast area attendant. Thank you

If only you had a bar lol.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was okay. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Cleanliness of lobby was good but rooms was bad.

Price was insane, $1100.00 a night and charged us $18 to park in their lot. The rooms were bad, the fridge rattled all night, I had to stuff a towel beside it. Rust running down bathroom walls, drawers were broke and off tracks, no safe in room to put valuables.

we traveled to see a concert at the van buren and it was perfect. staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!

If you don't ask, they won't change your towels, change your sheets, or clean your room.

Downtown Phoenix

This location is great for all things downtown, and very close to the airport.

There is a daily parking fee. Don't remember paying to park at a hotel without a parking garage. My only complaint.

proximity to Chase field and great included breakfast.

rooms on tired side, needed maintenance and reception service functional rather than warm and friendly.
