Overpriced, in my opinion, but had an amazing view

Great location on the beach, room was pretty decent, great view

-infinity pool area wasn’t as nice as the photos seemed, the glass surrounding it was super dirty. -evacuation alarm went off one night at 2am because someone from the nightclub was vapping in the stairway. When the alarm went off the announcements were cutting in and out so you didn’t know what they were saying which was super terrifying. -elevators were super glitchy and took forever. -water pressure in the shower was terrible -overall didn’t seem as high end and boujee and I was expecting based off the price and the provided photos.

Worth it!

I did not get to see the pool or the gym so I can’t comment on those. However, the hotel is located right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. It sits right next to this little music enclave, so I had live music with my dinner the night of my arrival. The next night I was pretty tired and the music ran late into the night BUT the doors are thick and buffered the sound well. If that would bother you, you should request a room in the opposite side of the hotel. Overall im very happy I stayed.

Elevators weren’t working so I took the stairs one night. It there is a smoker next to you, you have to keep your door shut during their smoke breaks, which sucked. Had trouble getting room service one night and kept getting rerouted. They were prob just busy.

Location, view of beach, restaurant food good, bar had live music

Furniture drawers would not close properly, shower rod was bent that much could not close curtain water on floor, also did not have computers to print boarding passes, one elevator was only working half the time, first day tramped on two black bugs on the carpet, but did not see any more

My stay was good for the most part. The rooms need upgrading

It was close to most restaurants and other entertainment

No smart TV’s and the bedding needs to be upgraded (sheets and comfortability) as well as the refrigerators

Absolutely not a four star hotel

Nothing.

Elevator’s didn’t work causing huge lines or you had to use the steps. The lobby smelled like sewage. Check in took over 30 minutes because we couldn’t even get a luggage cart. Inconvenient parking garage with another broken elevator and very unfriendly parking garage staff.

The view is amazing. The room was a nice size, nice and clean. The restaurant was great.

Only complaint was how late the pool opened and how early it closed.

The beds are comfortable

Staff was not very helpful. For what you pay to stay at a Hilton it was not worth it. They couldn’t accommodate what we needed nor did they try.. Very unorganized at check in. Was very disappointed. On a good note, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view was great.

That the rug was stained. The ceiling fan was filthy. The room was dusty. The air conditioning was loud that the hallways had fans running, and it smelled like something was burning. Also, we asked the cleaning people to please get our trash, and that we needed more towels, and it never happened for five days, also the elevators were awful always full always backed up and they were people smoking marijuana and we could smell it

I got there late and had to leave very early. I was very disappointed with getting no sleep while traveling

the shower dripped all night! I literally didn’t get any sleep. the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. at some point the cable stopped working and I couldn’t even drown out the drip with TV

Superb

I loved the extra security. I liked the lounge. I enjoyed the restaurant even though it was a little pricey.

Would have been nice to have been able to check-in early. My daughter is handicap and we got wet upon arrival. We we offered the lounge which was nice but she became ill from waiting in air conditioned room. One hour earlier would have helped. And considering we were only given an extra 30min when asked for a later check-out, the excuse we were given when checking in ( which was late check-outs) was clearly a lie.

Room and view were awesome! The restaurant, not so much. The breakfast buffet was decent though

The breakfast was the best meal we had. I paid over 200 dollars for dinner for me and my wife at the catch 32 restaurant you have downstairs. The dinner we had was terrible. I order the ribeye, for almost 40 dollars... it was paper thin covered in gristle, and tasted it was boiled in soapy water.... I asked to have it addressed with a replacement or something else, but the server wasn't anywhere to be found. By the time I wife finished struggling thru her lobster, we have had enough. And I had to find our server and ask for the check....

Dinner, the steak and lobster were a rip off.
