Checked out a day early. The hotel was not up to par.

Room: mediocre. Not work the price. Breakfast: did not offer. Location: Excellent

Location was great, staff is very friendly. Amenities not great, will not stay here again for that kind of money.

Location was great, good view of the beach, very friendly staff.

The beds were very soft and high, the TV in the room did not work, there were no hangers provided you - had to ask for them, the free coffee was only available till 2 o’clock in the afternoon, no access to the beach from the pool. No first aid kit… We had an Incident at the beach and their first aid kit was empty, very inadequate . They only had one elevator to service all nine floors. The ice machine on the third floor had a leak all over the floor.

The memories we made with our family was great

The location was exactly what I was looking for

When we checked in our room the bathroom was not clean. it had dirty towels in the floor the tub and toilet was dirty. no clean towels. I called the front desk and they said they will send someone to check it.. the person came and looked at it and said they would send somebody to clean it.. I went to the front desk because I wanted to talk to them about the room because my family was worried about the cleanliness of the rooms we got..The front desk person said sometimes that happened they may forget to do the bathroom for me that was a terrible turn off how do you forget the bathroom when cleaning rooms

Wouldn't stay again

Right on the beach. Good views from our balcony

The hotel was run down. We got the room with the whirlpool and we couldn't even use it because the door that opens up the plumbing kept falling off. The hallways weren't air conditioned and the elevator randomly worked when it wanted to. Minimal parking and my car gets scratched from the front to the end from the small parking spots.

The view from the balcony, and the quiet because the hotel wasnt busy

Cold water for my shower. Couldn't leave the door open for the ocean Didn't ask me what floor I preferred

Location. Balcony was nice. The room is very pretty

Some of the staff was rude. We had to call for maid service. They closed the restaurant that was open for breakfast and lunch. We stayed at this hotel last year it's not nearly as nice. The elevator broke we had to walk up seven flights of stairs. They did come and fix it it broke twice

We had a great stay I would recommend this place to stay!

We we’re just steps away from the beach and all the attractions! The pool was clean and the beds were really comfy!

The room didn’t have a big mirror in it. Only in the bathroom! So you had to take turns doing hair and makeup! Having a second mirror would of been useful.

Overall, the place is fine. It's on the beach with an oceanfront room..for the price it's worth it. It's a place to rest your head.

AC filters needed cleaned. Balcony needs more attention.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. No elevator service had to walk up and down 5 floors.locked of safe in room could not get access to my valuables.

I probably wouldn’t go back or recommend this hotel.

Our room was big, the bed was comfortable, the tub was a plus.

Booking.com advertised that the pool would open 5/19/23…it was NOT OPEN. Cleaning services were spotty, I had to go get towels twice and request a room cleaning. I realize the hotel is older but it could use an update.

Overall it was a nice stay in the off season, the location was convenient, the rooms were clean.

Rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The lady at the front desk was really sweet.

Looks a little dated, an indoor pool/hot tub would’ve been nice too. House keeping didn’t come clean she only came to see if we needed more towels… which we needed one so my husband said “just one please” but she didn’t speak English very well so he had to ask “uno por favor” lol
