I highly recommend this hotel and will always stay here when in West Omaha.

The breakfast provided hot and cold cereal, egg omelet, fresh fruits, fruit drinks, varies muffins, and sausage patties. The hotel was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The desk staff were all very friendly and the hotel is located near 4-5 good restaurants including several fast food places.

The parking lot for the hotel was a little small but businesses next to it provided extra parking.

Definitely disappointed with stay this time. Not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Good location, pleasant staff, nice breakfast amenities even though coffee machines were not working one morning. You would think they would have a back-up plan, such as instant coffee if machines are not working.

Bathroom sink would not drain, shower head did not work, hot tub was not working, indoor pool is ice cold and unable to use, most parking spots are for Hilton Honors members so we had to park behind the building. Have stayed there before and it was much better before the renovation. Would not recommend and will not stay there again. Was very disappointed this time. Bad when you cannot use the pool when it's over 100 degrees outdoors. Inside pool temp was likely in the low 70's (frigid to get in). With ice cold pool, and hot tub out of order, extremely disappointed for the price.

it was good, housekeeping needs to improve their vacuuming skills immensely found toe-nails on floor

It was fine - neither one of us are big breakfast eaters. My husband missed not having real creamer (1/2 and 1/2) for his coffee, but we bought some at local grocery store to accommodate him.

pillow are small and not enough. The hotel ran very full and they were completely out of extra pillows every night.

Clean, new amenities with a knock-out breakfast!

The hotel had the appearance from the outside as run of the mill, but once inside, it was clear this was a newly renovated building. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and decorated in a contemporary style, and the amenities (coffee maker, coffee & such) were top notch. I loved that the hotel practices less waste by installing larger size, refillable shampoo, lotion, body wash containers! Room was quiet - not a heavily trafficked area. Breakfast was amazingly delicious & plentiful with healthy options in a clean, well-kept environment.

Our bed was comfortable, but not the best I've slept on. Pillows seemed a bit scrimpy. The bed covers were acceptable, but the liner of the quilt had a huge tear that made it easy to get an arm caught inside. We were disappointed that both treadmills were out of order in the fitness room.

The breakfast was very good They had gluten free yogurt and gluten free bagels. They had fresh fruit and the coffee was excellent. .

The room was not properly cleaned. Also furniture was stained and marred and sink leaked.

Great location nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds

Hot tub and pool were dirty and the hot tub looked to be globs of little blacks hairs floating around when told staff no one was quite sure what to do. Never got clean the weekend we stayed.

located next to shopping and 2 major streets, but off the busy roads so quiet. great updates to rooms and lobby, and the workout room was well equipped. Breakfast was included, hot eggs waffles and toast. Coffee was good!

Staff was friendly at the front desk and breakfast! facility was clean and comfortable. the only problem was that the cleaning crew came to my door at 8:15 and woke me up. the. they came back around 9:30 when I was getting out of the shower. This was upsetting and I have never had this problem in hotels before. I tried to tell the front desk, but when I checked out at 10:30, nobody was at the desk for o we 20 minutes and they just had a basket to put room keys in. This was disappointing.

Not Good.

Up all night with people in and out, and not sure what they were cooking i smelled like curry in the morning. I only stayed the one night and got a new hotel.

Finding the motel was a challenge and then the TV in the room would not work for me so I ended up trying to work on my lap top and the wifi wouldn't work either.

Fabulous hotel!

Everything was amazing!! So clean and room was spacious and comfortable - I could live there!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have time for breakfast but I'm sure it was amazing!

Only thing I can think of was the parking. I got there late and had to park a little ways away from the hotel.

In Omaha to visit family for Thanksgiving.

Close to family we were visiting.

The hot tub was inoperable and the fact they had one had been a factor in selecting this hotel. Very disappointed we couldn’t use it.
