Place didn't have any vending machines & the heater/ac unit in our room was extremely loud and obnoxious.

I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I asked the housekeeper for extra towels when she cleaned the room, she left two extra fluffy and clean towels.
I thought the rugs in the hallway gave off a strange muffy odor that was unpleasant when walking to the elevator from my room.

its costly room. they even do not have a microwave in each room. if you want heat up your own food , you will have to go to reception. Reception is usually crowded around 3 PM, guest have to stand in the line and wait for 10 mins. Bistro food is really bad. they gave us, initially a room which was having bad smell.

Amazing staff
I had to leave by 6:30am so I wasn’t able to eat before I left as the bistro didn’t open until 7

I love the property and the bar in the hotel. Food is amazing. Todd (restaurant manager) and Michelle (bartender) are amazing people and take the time to speak with us one on one. Amazing experience
Everything was phenomenal. Stayed here 3 times in the past year and will be back around August/september timeframe. Not one bad thing to say about the doubletree!!

We checked in late and the family wanted to take showers but after showing the hotel only had two towels for a family of three. No face no hand and only two body towels.
After the showers it was cold so my husband tried to turn the heat on. Only to find out the vent was covered in dirt and dust and had NEVER been cleaned. The vent panel was laying on floor next to straws and garbage. The room was not cleaned and my daughter and I had already jumped in bed alsept went my husband tried to turn on the heat.
No changes were made to the room and we slept freezing except for my husband who left the room at 2:45 am and went to the front desk about problem nothing was done and he waited for my a daughter and I.
I did talk to the General Manager of Doubletree in person that morning and he said he would make it right and refund us the night and he also said he would be taking to housekeeping about this matter. We did take pictures and it so gross. I wish it had not been so late and we were not so tried; we would have looked around the room and left.
I am now waiting for the refund.

We got into town at 1030 am and when I called the desk the very nice lady found me a room that was ready and didn’t make us wait
Liked everything

Le lit très confortable
Le jacuzzi
La petitesse de la salle de bain
Absence de vestiaires pour se changer aux abords de la piscine (vestiaires condamnés)

Front desk staff friendly, clean, bar was clean and bartender friendly, doubletree cookies are always delicious
Staff in bistro rude, property was old you could tell they were trying to keep it updated but definitely could use work, difficult to find hotel spent extra 10 minutes trying to locate it on the first night

Extremely clean amazing staff

The beds were extremely comfortable! And, of course, the warm cookie at check in was delicious!
Not real clean! One of the bathrooms was very messy and dirty! Not enough cozy quiet areas to read while waiting on my husband who was in meetings!

Love location and new pub and restaurant in hotel !
Pool area poor shape and hot tub broken

Quiet and comfortable right near the city without being in downtown
We hit traffic going into downtown nothing too crazy tho some of the staff didn’t speak loud enough and we had to talk to others at a later point to figure out some questions we had

Very clean and location

Clean, well maintained especially considering we were in the older section of the property.
We mistakenly thought breakfast was included considering we paid $177+ for the night. My bad, I guess. We have become so used to breakfast as part of the stay, the $16+ tax and tip for each of us was a shocker. As I said, my bad.

The pool was awesome, it made it the whole stay so worth it! We spent most of our time there! The room was great and beds were super comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was a pain to try to connect, it would be easier to just give a code to type in, instead of signing up and logging in. There was no refrigerator in the room, so there was no way to save left over food from the restaurants, which was not good seeing as though the restaurants were pricey.

The pool inside and out the shower had great Persure 👍
That there was no free breakfast in fact it was 18 bucks I hopped for a larger pool or a 2nd pool I would have like 2 beds and a couch in my room

Shaquille Adam's was very helpful when the A/C wasn't working. She a very kind and a professional person in what she does . And I also come there to stay like three to four times a year.

Every staff member was very helpful and amazingly friendly.
The rooms were damp and cramped and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Everything was old and I paid way to much for a run down room. The elevators were never working and we were on the 7th floor. The breakfast that we paid $18 a person for was the same powdered eggs and other stuff you get for free at other hotels.

Hmmm not much. Was there for only like 30 minutes.
Well the hottub and pool were closed. When we got to our room and opened the door it was like 100 degrees. So we checked out and drove home.
