When I called to check on my reservation, I was always connected to Booking.com, I found out that our friends that stayed there for the same time and the same room paid over $200 less than me. Then I found out finally tracking down Booking.com that it was because I had chosen an option to receive notifications and the ability to cancel my reservation. Are people able to make reservations to your hotel by calling you direct or does it require going through another party? It cost me over $200 to be able to cancel my reservation. Every hotel offers this service within 48 hours. I left used towels out in the hall in the bag provided but no new ones were left. I had to go to the front desk to get them?

Clean and nice staff
5.0
the staff were lovely and looked after us well. Cafe was good for a coffee in the morning.
There were not a lot of food options at the hotel, but plenty close by so it wasn’t a problem as long as you have a car.

Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Staff was very nice and we did get to check in an hour early.
Microwave and hair dryer was not in the room as stated and I did email ahead to make sure. The hot tub was closed, the pool was merky and Luke warm. Tiles in ceiling were dirty and falling apart and sheet rock bubbling in pool area. Fix it not appealing.

property was at a great location , close to everything and major stores. Property had access to pool, restaurant, cafe . Great view!
Property is good. Rooms are a little outdated especially the carpet in the room and wall paper was lifting.

The view
Both TVs in the room did not work. My brother's room next to us didn't work either. Outdated facilities and aging decor.

nothing it was dirty we found a long black hair in the towels, blood on sheets
we also called because tv didn’t work in either room and when the guy came up he could not fix then they had no record of him coming in as well as they had it unde a different room when we called about the blood . then the person above was so loud and we called nothing was done when we opened the sliding door the marajuna flowed into our room

Nice large room with amazing view to the northeast -- and Mingus Mountain. Well furnished including coffee maker plus a fridge for storing ample snacks for dinner.
3.5
Attractive lobby and beautiful views for sunsets. Friendly staff, too.
My room was very noisy even with earplugs there was a continuous, loud hum. I complained to the office and they did change my room. It was a lot better (noise wise) but there was still a low frequency hum there too ( it just wasn’t as loud as the first room).

Location is fantastic with great views
Facilities are very tired. Really great location with good potential but needs TLC
3.5
Quiet
No room cleaning service during stay. No coffee pods for machine. Discarded COVID masks lingering in the elevators. Lack of a shower in the pool. Enough said…
4.5
close to downtown and that it had a casino
the check in process. The girl said our room was not ready but then had friends check in after we tried and they got right in. Very frustrating.

Big, spacious room

Room was great, very nice and clean
Had a invoice under the door the day we left wanting us to sign that showed a balance due for the same amount we had paid for on checking in.
Follow up, they billed me twice for this room, Booking dot com refunded one of the billings. If you stay here check your credit card statement!
