Location, piano bar, speak easy
Close to court house /city center.. Christmas lights. Walking distance to various restaurants. Free parking in nearby parking garage.
Price.. much too expensive for what it was. Extremely Small room - cramped bathroom. Basically just a bed and a bathroom. No couch or place to sit and watch TV - the news. In my opinion the price $295 is more than double what should be paid for such an accommodation. I rate it a 2 star accommodation. Even if it were priced $145 it would be too much.

Location was great! The new remodel was beautiful and still has the vintage feel! The speakeasy was an added bonus!
Not much not to love, but maybe a mini fridge would have been nice for our drinks and leftovers.

The staff was accommodating, friendly, and informative
Small room, but that was a given for a older historic hotel

There are so many things positive about this property and its staff, I could list at least 50. This whole experience that the hotel and its staff gives is truly a small town movie vibe. They are friendly, funny and informative, and this hotel is clean and feels very safe and is located, more than anywhere on whiskey row.

We love the St. Michael, and always stay here when we pass through! In fact Prescott is such a cute town that we go way out of our way to come here!

Hotel is updated but still has the vintage charm all around
No coffee maker in the rooms

Very cute western decor. Room 206 was very quiet with no outside noise. Everything was sparkling clean and they provided us each with a bottle of water. I love having a drink in their lobby and coffee in the morning. Very nice staff.
I wish there was a hook in the room to hang a jacket or hat. There is an armoire with hangers and each bedside table has storage. WiFi was good.

Love location.
This is the second review I have written....get no response.
Once again, NO CLOSED CAPTION . The generic TV remote did not have the CC enabled. The staff did not have the LG remotes. They did not KNOW how to enable the closed caption if they had had an LG TV remote. My husband and I could have done it but no TV LG remote there.
I believe this is covered by the ADA and should be attended to.

It is a very interesting and historic location so the ambiance is amazing. We were very comfortable and feel like we were treated exceptionally well by the staff. There is quite a lot to do close to the hotel. We will definitely be back.
Having a microwave or refrigerator might have been nice but not essential for us.

Location, friendly & old west charm. "New" lounge room is large and great for gathering before/after going out. The Bistro has terrific food & drink.
All good !! Just "a tad" pricey, though, due to the Christmas Village & Christkindlmarkt weekend.

Location was awesome! close to shops, walking distance to restaurants, Ambiance nice and calm. Staff super nice and helpful. Rooms clean and bed super comfortable
No breakfast included, coffee at the front desk every morning (had to change to regular clothes (from PJ's)) to get it.
Wifi was not super powerful.
A coffee maker in the room would be great!
Some type of food would be nice too.
Better pillows please

We loved the staff and the location was perfect. The history of the hotel is very cool.
Not the hotel's fault. Booking.com had them listed as dog friendly. They are only supposed to allow service dogs. This put us in a bad situation.

Excellent location . Walk to everywhere .
Comfortable beds and great quality linen too .

Noisy from the bars but they do provide ear plugs . WiFi disconnects and does not automatically reconnect when entering. Very frustrating.

A nice historic hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Location was the best for downtown activities and hotel restaurant was very good.

For a hotel built in 1901, it was exactly what I expected. It had an old time elevator built in 1924, unique. Room and bathroom were small but clean, bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located for the Courthouse Plaza and Whiskey Row.
No coffee maker (it was served for free in the lobby). No frills. Ear plugs were given out for noise (I didn’t encounter any noise problems).

The location was great!
Not much with convenience. No refrigerator. Very small bathroom, no room for toiletries. Small room, not much room to do anything other than sleep. Difficult to get your luggage in the building up stairs. Parking is in a garage across the alley. It’s a long stroll to make it into this Historic building up all the stairs. We had to throw out our leftovers, no fridge or microwave! what a disappointment.
