Nostalgic old hotel
Very small bathroom

Very close to town. Staff is very friendly. There is an elevator on request. You have to remember it's a very old hotel. Sink is in the bedroom...old fashion. You just have to remember it's a very old hotel
There was not a lot. to dislike. The hotel is under a bit of construction but that did really affect our stay. The bed felt a bit soft but we like it much firmer.

Our first stay. Loved the history of the hotel. The lobby area was really relaxing. Having a bar inside the hotel was an added bonus for us. Live music and we did not need to go outside on our arrival. It was windy and cold for Prescott.
My husband did not like the fact there was no refrigerator in the room, otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Classic elegance of an older, historic hotel. Live music from 5-8, happy hour specials even on weekend, and holiday. Hot shower, great water pressure. Staff friendly and always smiling. Location of course was perfect too. Pet friendly!!!! No extra charge and they gave xmas present to our little one :)
Dark rooms! Even with all the lights on. We had pet so were put on ground floor which was not a problem except that we could not open shades to give us extra light. Rooms smaller and dated but can be expected for historic hotel. We had upgraded to a deluxe king and imagine the queen was even smaller. Suggestion to hotel to give a few extra towels.

location first. it was very close to a wedding I was there to attended. the exterior building, lobby and lower levels were lovely.
the room bedding was very old and dingy. I expected the room to be aged, but the bedding needs to be much improved to be a three star hotel.

Location location location.
No one to run the old elevator to 4 floor. They saw us...do we look like we should schlep up and down stairs.. I had asked for ground level. Would not accept senior or veterans discount..said it was up to booking.com to ask in the beginning. Room was not dusted or wiped down....behind toilet seat was someone else's hair. The card said Alexis cleaned room.None of the staff knew the maids names.
I believe that was Monica at desk. Not sure of name.
