Breakfast was presented well. The staff were nice. WiFi worked well. They kept the hotel as clean as they could. They were available anytime I need to ask a question or made a request for towels etc.
Mold and mildew in window and shower. Doors don’t close quietly, every door slamming throughout the building. Couldn’t sleep because of that. You can hear other guest. They don’t care if they’re loud and disturbing everyone else. I used to love Best Western. Hotel value went down hill. I wish I would’ve stayed elsewhere. Now I understand why it was much cheaper than others.

The hotel and room are clean. Cozy room, pillows and bed. This hotel does a very nice job with the breakfast which is included. The location is convenient.
The front desk both at checkin and during breakfast, this stay, had rude staff working, which was not the same as what I experienced from a stay a few weeks prior.

Cleanliness, quiet environment, safe community
I didn't like the way the young man at the desk made me feel like I was being dishonest about my dog staying here, almost as if i was hiding him or something. When I checked in, it was very late, and I had been loading a uhaul all day, non-stop. My dog was asleep in the car, and I didn't even think about mentioning it bc I was exhausted, and he didn't ask about pets. Of note, I had originally found this location through a dog friendly hotel suggestion online, so I didn't even stress about it. The next day, I was locked out of my room when I returned and had to pay a $125 fine, which is fine- I paid it, but he called the manager twice while I stood there, no regard for the questions I asked and flat REFUSED to acknowledge my presence RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. He referred to me (I was alone) as "the people" first of all, which was rude in itself, then refused to disclose the manager's name when I asked, twice, and, honestly, all I wanted to do was contact her directly to Apologize for the misunderstanding. No people skills whatsoever. None.

Location
This property has severely gone downhill since it lost its brand with Hampton Inns. Carpet is loose & torn in many places. The blind/shade in room 211 is torn & ragged and inoperable. The facility only has two luggage carts that will not accommodate hanging garments and guests take them to their rooms and management doesn’t care that other guests are inconvenienced. I asked for help with my belongings and an employee copped an attitude about carrying a bag. My keys had to be reactivated 5 times during a three night stay.
The worst part was the swimming pool. You literally could not see the bottom of it due to it being so cloudy. Management said it was fine although I never saw one person using it. Some pool time was one of my priorities while in Addison.
The fact that Best Western is going to be attaching their name to this property speaks volumes about who they will do business with.
My room and hallway constantly smelled of marijuana due to how many people were using. If I could have moved to another property I would have but due to the holiday weekend the only rooms available were completely out of my price range.
I should have at least one night’s expense refunded to me.
I will not ever stay there again and I will tell everyone I know that travels to Addison about my experience.
Booking.com should consider removing this facility from their network.

Nothing , the place was terrible the pool was Green ! We could not swim in it. I called before I reserved the room, said the pool was open and was ready for us they LIED... The landscaping had weeds past my kneecaps, the whole neighborhood had beautiful landscaping except for this property. This property had tall ugly grass , nobody has cut their grass all summer, it looked terrible.
This ruined my fourth of July weekend in plans . I traveled a pretty good distance to come here for the fireworks show , swim , relax, this WAS A TERRIBLE 4th EXPERIENCE....
Green pool, you could see allergy all over the steps around the ladder. Could not see the bottom of the pool and was only 5 foot deep. The landscaping on the property was terrible nobody has cut that grass all summer long. The grass was tall past my knees weeds it was terrible the only property in the neighborhood that look like that was this one.....

This hotel is completely shut down! Booking.com "confirmed" reservation. I was left with no room at all when I arrived. How is a hotel not in operation still on your list and confirmed?

the property was great. good location the building was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.
I did not like the fact that they never come to refresh the room as promised. No one during the stay came to refresh the bed , change the towels nor empty the garbage. we had to put overflow garbage outside the door.
