It wants the Ritz Carlton but it served it purpose the beds were nice and clean, stain on the wall beside the bed. The water didn’t work right the bath was scalding the sink would only go on cold by 8 all the breakfast was taken.

The hotel in itself smelled like weed as soon as you walk in. We stayed in the second floor and the smell was everywhere, we only escaped it when we were in our room. The curtain had mold or something on it and the bathroom door on the inside had some old gunk on it that looked like it had been there for a while all dried and crusty. They had daily cleaning but yet they missed that before we even checked in. Our beds were always made and neat when we got back and it was appreciated.

Let me start by saying the rooms are spacious and you get your money's worth for them. However they're outdated and with some work it could be an excellent hotel. Once they get rid of few roaches that are crawling around then the $100 deposit would make sense. But it's a busy hotel and I see why the deposit is a little steep. But that same time at night it wasn't as loud as i thought it would be. Addison PD was alway posted or driving through to the point it was almost harassment. If those few points or updated. This Quality Inn location would be Excellent like I said it could be.

The property was dirty and filthy from the outside. However, I had a leak from the A/C unit in room 326 The woman in the front desk took care of it! In addition, Large space-age room and dining area was A BIG PLUS! Please check for the faucet in the bathtub it wobbles. other than that, it was OK

WiFi didn’t work. No maid service for my room, o never emptied trash. Hallway carpet stained. Tv remote didn’t work. Room furniture worn out. Breakfast had eggs but no meat or potatoes. Only counter people were the only ones that spoke English. No room service for meals. No welcome package. No pen or paper to write on. Lots of homeless in surrounding areas.

The shower has either mold or black chalk around the bottoms of the shower that seriously needs to be stripped out and cleaned ,so I was not able to take a shower I was too bugged out. Also I got the room with the jacuzzi on the first floor and my jacuzzi did not work - I filled it up and got in and the propeller to get the water bubbling would not come on so that did not amaze me whatsoever. The hotel could use some serious upgrades from the curtains in the room -they were stained, the couches whether in the room or the lobby, and most definitely the paint looks like the paint is covered with 100 coats so it looks tacky- the hotel is dark from the painted colors selected . They should not charge deposits at this hotel AT ALL ! I would not stay here again .

The lobby looked nice except for the desk clerk being behind a full, solid clear piece of plexiglass (?). The AC in the room was not very cool. The back of the remote control was missing (so batteries fell out). The biggest light in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower head could turn, but the water flow could not be adjusted. The hall carpeting needed a good vacuuming and cleaning. All in all, I didn’t feel safe there - even just walking across the little parking lot or getting in the elevator. I stayed there one night and checked out the next morning (was supposed to stay 3 nights). Would NEVER stay there … at that No tell Motel again!

The check in was smooth. The room was okay. We got a business jacuzzi suite. The lights in the shower area were very dim. No air conditioner in living room. NO TOWELS. The towel situation is ridiculous. We were given two sets of towels for 4 people. I went the next morning, front desk told me get towels from maid, the maid said 30 minutes. Then I came back in 45-50 minutes, she said no towels. I said you told me 30 mins. She then got an attitude and told me talk to front desk. I went back to the front desk and she gave them to him. Just unprofessional and attitude for no reason. Breakfast was a joke Eggs were nasty and hardly any. Barely any cereal, milk, juice. No meat. Disorganized and messy. No bread, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, or breakfast bars. The pool was great. Jacuzzi in the room was great! Front desk was decent. The proximate of hotel to restaurants and store and Taste of Addison festival was awesome.

The staff was super friendly.The hotel needs a lot of updates.2 out of our rooms leaked one bed was so wobbly.It could barely be slept on. the couch as we were tore up the sofa Beds were just two inch mattress toppers. The breakfast was basically just eggs and waffles that you had to make one of the kids with me. Burnt herself on the waffle Maker and didnt even have a first aid kit available.
