The location is the best. The house is unique with a lot of touch and a collection of vintage things.
Convenient parking place.
Special breakfast and Margory is very nice

Location was awesome. All Staff are friendly. It was cozy to stay.
It was lots of squeeky sound walking on the stairs.

Charming, cozy place. Our room had two beds, private bath, and parking spot. Nice location to easily reach Old Québec City locations. Or, day trips outside the city. Breakfast was delicious. Hostess and staff helpful.

Outdoor balcony a plus, and bathroom and room were spacious. Breakfast was good and staff exceptional. Shout out to Lucas for making our stay memorable and fun.
Loved everything

Our stay at Chez Hubert was perfect! The house is so cozy, and clean. Breakfast was divine! We drove and had no issues utilizing parking. The location was storybook gorgeous and walkable to so many fantastic restaurants and shops. We couldn't have been happier.
We have no complaints.

Location, host, place and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend to friends & family. If you like exploring places by walk, enjoy good restaurants with great vibes in the midst of some great history and architecture while staying in an affordable place serving good breakfast, B&B Chez Hubert is the place for you!
It would be great if we had the restroom inside the room, guests from other room had used our restroom. This is not a let down but just a preference.

Beautiful historic building has circular staircase with original brass decorations and antiques that makes you feel you have stepped back in time to a different era . Lovely shared sunroom with books and games and a charming outdoor balcony perfect for reading and watching the old city come alive in the morning. HUGE bathroom! So wonderful to find a room that fits 5 comfortably!
Breakfasts were nice...but just ordinary. Bacon and eggs and brown toast one day and very nice almond french toast the next. Tasty but would have appreciated a choice of rye bread or a little more fruit on the side.

Perfect location within the walls, very close to all tourist attractions. Cozy, like home feeling. Very delicious and fresh breakfast. One of our favorite places.

My husband and I enjoyed the hospitality (especially the breakfast and morning conversations and French lessons with Marjorie!), the comfort and size of the rooms and bathroom, and the location of the property. The free parking was an absolute plus, and we loved how we could walk anywhere - both in Old Québec and outside the walls - within 10-15 minutes or less. The breakfast was superb each morning (one photo of the many options included in the review), the beds were comfortable and we slept very well, and we loved the space provided to relax when we wanted to take a break from venturing (photo also included). Marjorie and Valerie were gracious hosts and made our stay incredibly warm and comfortable. We would love to come back and stay with them again!
We didn't feel anything could have been better - everything met our expectations!

Excellent location and staff were extremely helpful.

Beautiful, cozy Bed and Breakfast located in Old Québec. Perfect location to explore the old city and newer parts, such as the convention centre. Delicious breakfast, free parking and a very friendly host made this a perfect stay for us. Merci beaucoup et a bientôt!
The portable air-condition was rather loud - easy fix: we turned it off at night and left it on while we were gone... everything else was fine

Great location in the middle of Old town.
Nice breakfast and both housekeeping ladies were kind and accommodating esp Shannon.
Booked and paid for the only queen room in the B&B in Nov 21 as we required a large room and bath - only to be given a very small double bedroom and tiny bathroom (you can barely turn in the shower) on the 3rd floor.
The room access was only via stairs.
Owner took responsibility for the stuff up and refunded the rate difference.
Furniture and decor from the 1960’s and needs an overall update or refresh. Some guests may like this.
A very loud air con unit that kept us up most of the night and it was too warm to sleep without it either.
No access to the balcony due to the aircon unit placed across doorway and the large return air pipe. so no fresh air either for our 3 night stay.

Everything exactly as advertised, if not better.
Comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, felt welcome etc….
Zero complaints, would recommend.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff and shown around the b&b. Our room was spotless and spacious with a very large bathroom.
Parking was a little bit tricky but to be expected in a downtown location. It was great that parking was included in the price so no complaints there.

The breakfast was amazing! and the service was wonderful. I came in very late on a snowy night and was emailed detailed and straightforward instructions on how to check myself in (with kind sticky notes guiding me when I got in!). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated.

Fantastic location. Short easy 5 minute walk to all Carnival activities. Lovely BnB with beautiful original features, nice lounge with streaming service on the TV, comfortable beds and delicious breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.
I understood there would be no housekeeping, thinking that meant not changing the sheets or making up our room each day. However replenishing toilet paper and getting more than one towel would have been nice for our 4 day stay.

First and foremost, Shannon was very accomodating, careful and helpful.
The location is very central to the Old Quebec area, so it's easy to explore the area on foot.
The B&B is very interesting, decoration is super charming, accomodations are top notch.
All in all, a super good value for money.
Since the building is older, the heating is not on par with more modern accomodations. However, it's definitely adequate.

Margarie, the owner, is what makes this property amazing. It felt like being at home.
The free parking also can’t be beat. The B&B is in the old city and everything is in walking distance.
The stairs are very steep and load. It is an old wooden house so it comes with that, but it is definitely hard to be stealt ;-)

Shannon was exceptionally helpful and lovely throughout our stay. We accidentally got the time for breakfast wrong and showed up late but she still cooked us the breakfast. The room was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Great price as parking was also included! Would definitely stay again :)
Nothing!

Jams were killer! The staff were great! The facility was clean. Parking (if available) is a bonus.
Lots of stairs. Felt more like hotel and ended up having less of a homey feeling.
