Top location, very spacious rooms (technically small apartments) per Manhattan standards. Also very well equipped. We've got a big microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and it was a great plus to see paper towels and dishwashing liquid provided.
There's some noise either from AC or fridge in a room. Also the rooms and doors are not very soundproof. Nonetheless it was very rare we heard voices from outside. It's also hard to get nice view from this hotel, but this is Manhattan. Our view on surrounding buildings was totally acceptable

Location is perfect! Quick and easy access to elevators, doormen always there.
Daily room cleaning not included. You have to pay $75 per cleaning. I stayed for 5 days and room was only cleaned once. I had to request clean towels and make my own bed almost every day. Not good.

Adorei a localização.
A cozinha nao tinha torradeira e a cafeteria estava quebrada.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact the window shadows didn't keep out the morning sun, so it was difficult to sleep in. Other than that, I loved my stay. I have stayed at this location multiple times and will continue to stay here if it meets my needs while visiting NYC.

hotel is in a great location. The room was nice and comfortable.
During my 5 days stay, the room was ONLY cleaned once. Additional cleaning was $75 each. A hotel of $600 / night should be cleaned daily.
There was no stationary on the desk, not even a piece of paper.

Very comfortable, excellent service, very kind employees, all our needs and requests were fully met, in any and all respect: highly recommendable.

Location close to Central Park.
It did not even include breakfast.
Water pressure was lousy.
Hot water had to run for 10 minutes, before getting warm.

Room size and full kitchen. Laundry facilities on premises. Quiet wasn’t too busy.
Mold in bathroom shower area. Rug had stains, these are easy cosmetic upgrades that should be done.

great location, large rooms and great value for money in NYC
could have kept a welcome basket of essentials like milk, bread and eggs for the first day

Excellent location and excellent staff and very safe . Easy to walk to 5th Avenue and the main shopping areas. Easy access to public transport. Room very spacious. Excellent service from the staff as we requested extra furniture for the room plus other small requests which was very promptly addressed. We also managed an earlier check in timing !
Shower hot water not working very well. Toilette bowl had intermittent problems. Bathroom area is cramped and does not cater for 2 pax. Access to the shower could be problematic if you cannot bend your knees properly. Half of our room did not have adequate lighting.
