Excellent- will return

It’s centrally located and fabulously refurbished with large and spacious rooms and great noise insulation. It is in Times Square but no noise at all at night.

The elevators could do with some new technology to increase service speeds. It is odd not to have coffee makers in the bedrooms/ though one will be supplied quickly if asked for.

super Lage, sehr sauber, schönes Zimmer im 11. Stock, tolle Rooftop Bar, sehr freundliches Personal

als Hotelgast solllte man in der Rooftop Bar immer winen Platz erwarten können-bisweilen war für irgendwelche Firma die fanze Bar geschlossen… geht eigentlich nicht

We had an amazing stay!

We had a great stay at The Knick. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us access our stored luggage SS real times before our rooms were ready. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was efficient and high quality. It’s an expensive hotel, but the service was as expected for the cost. The location was exceptional. So close to everything we wanted to see, and also the subway was so accessible. Whole Foods was within a 5 minute walk, as was Bryant Park and at least 10 more food options.

I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t look like the pictures! It is not a “flat iron” style building as shown in many of the the iconic pictures,

Découvrir New York en séjournant dans cet hôtel fut un réel plaisir!

L’emplacement est top et le personnel est adorable! Vous mettez le prix mais vous savez pourquoi.

Je trouve que le petit déjeuner est hors de prix et parfois le room service ne suit pas. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé dans la réservation et rien n’a été mis en place. Nous avons dû réclamer 2x

Luksus.

Ihana tuoksu koko hotellissa. Laadukas sisääntulo ja siisti huone. Hyvä kuntosali. Huonepalvelu tosi altis palvelemaan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aivan loistava sijainti – pystyi kesken kaupunkirientojen tulla omaan huoneeseen vähän lepäämään ja käymään omassa vessassa, mikä on New Yorkin keskustassa aivan top-luksusta! Baarikaappiin mahtui hyvin omat ruuat ja juomat.

Pikkaasen oli kulahtaneisuutta, huoneen suihkun vesieste oli irti ja muuta pientä. Kuntosalin varusteet olivat aika rajalliset, esim. laitteita ei ollut paljon. Mutta hotellissa ymmärrettävää.

NICE

The room was small but nice and comfortable and very clean. The roof has a nice bar. Even though we were in a noicy place, there was no noise in the room.

I didn´t like the size of the room.

Great location, ok service but not 5 star hotel

The hotel is in a great location just off Times Square only a min walk away Plus you can see the new year ball from the roof top bar ( currently under development at the min the new year ball tho) Overall had a good time at the hotel, not sure I would call it “ 5 star more 4

few negative 1- deposit of a $150 each night is a lot!! And it can take up to a week go back onto your card 2- no hair dryer or tea or coffee in the room 3 - The roof top bar lift, was told we could use it to get to our room but every time was told to use another lift even tho it was free and no one waiting - Annoying

Great staff, very nice facilities in lively Times Square.

Staff, especially concierges, were excellent—very helpful with restaurant reservations and friendly. Maid service twice a day. Area (Times Square) is very central, close to theatres, but also very loud. Hotel does a surprisingly good job of blocking out the noise. Breakfast was good, albeit expensive.

Would probably choose a somewhat quieter part of town next visit.

Sehr zentral gelegenes historisches Hotel am Time Square

Zimmer modern und gut ausgestattet, Lage sehr zentral am Time Square, Bett ok. Zimmerreinigung bestens, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gepäckaufbewahrung vom Check out um 10 am bis 5 pm gratis.

The place is lovely but the customer service and velvet are terrible!

Bed was comfy and the hotel was located in a great place.

I am beyond frustrated with this hotel. Between the elevators, the front desk and the valet parking I’m beyond upset. The front desk has refused to provide me with an itemized summary of charges. I now have $304 charged to my bank account in which they refuse to provide any information on. I have called over a dozen times, provided my email address for them to send to and before I left the property I requested one and they refused to print one and only email. I have checked spam and still nothing. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t received any email from them. To top it off when we went to leave we called down to the front desk at 5:30am to request our vehicle to be delivered for us to leave by 6:45am. We waited until 7:20 for our car to be brought to us. There was no traffic on the roads and several others had their vehicles within minutes of them coming down and requesting it in the front of the building. Poor service all around and yet no one will accept accountability for their actions. Also if you want to get an elevator you’ll be waiting at least 20 minutes because they are slow and their restaurants are put ahead of your needs on the main floor. They block off elevators so you are then limited on which one will respond.

A fabulous stay at the Knick, NYC!

The Knick is an excellent base to explore NYC. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The hotel itself is iconic and a little bit of luxury to return to after a day of exploring. Most importantly, the staff made this trip so special and memorable for my daughter and I. They are exceptional.

Staff was very responsive when we found multiple stains on the pillow cases and bed sheets. Complimentary milk and cookies were provided for the kids. Comfy beds

Overall 9/10 great accommodation

The comfort and cleanliness of the room. The two ladies in the concierge desk were amazingly helpful at all times. Breakfast was great but menu didn’t change and I thought it was a bit too expensive per person. Coffee and teas need big quality improvements.

Couple of guys in the ground floor reception area trying to sell car taxi service at lucrative prices, also expecting tips…!!

Not a five star

It's clean, housekeeping staff are very good. Location to time square and Broadway is perfect

Not 5 star by any means. Hallways full of scuff marks. Room basic. No residents bar. Bar closed at 11:30pm which is too early after a show. Jack's coffee is good but it closes during the day and then the coffee is out of a pot which is awful. Reception staff barely made eye contact during check in. When asked for a late check out we were told to wait until the morning of check out which is hard to make plans. We did get a late check out in the end.

Everything apart from the location! Booking.com advertise this as a 5 star hotel, The Kickerboker themselves say they’re a 4 star! I think it’s a 3 star!

This a gem in Time Square!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and our room was surprisingly large. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Will stay here again.

The room service menu was small but the food we did order was really good.
