Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w zasadzie w samym centrum Manhattanu. Pokój był ok, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona i wszystko dobrze działało. Nie było żadnych problemów.

Pokój dość ciemny i ręczniki słabo schły-słaba wentylacja. Pokój za chwilę będzie wymagał odświeżenia.

Muy buena ubicación, personal amable en recepción. La cocina está muy bien pero hay pocos utensilios y no hay nada para limpieza de vajilla.

No funcionaba la calefacción, y limpieza de habitación sólo una vez por semana.

Not a place to return

I booked a 9 day stay which cost over 2250 dollars. I chose it for the fact it had a kitchenette. The only thing I liked about the room was the materace very comfortable, free washing machines and the location. Although there are so many hotels round much better and cheaper. I also suggest choosing some hotel closer round the 9th street which is cleaner nicer and quieter.

Now, when I came in the room seemed not to be cleaned. I bought Clorox and did the room. You should have seen the floor in the kitchen. The carpet had not been vacuumed properly, there were remains of food crumbs round the sink. As I was staying longer I could do the cleaning but do you really want it. I asked at the reception to vacuum the room- they offer cleaning after a week of your stay. They do change the towels if you asked. I precisely said after a week I want sheets, towels and vacuuming ! After I came in The evening after a long day of work, everything done except the vacuuming! So I asked. Again the next day I come to find my bed done again and no vacuuming after the third day I gave up. But the smell in the room was not nice like old sweaty shoes and when the AC used a bit of a mold so I preferred to have window a bit open to air it all day and night even with minor noice from outside. Since the. I have changed the hotel in NY twice as this is a lengthy stay and I wish I chose this particular one as I though I would save some money cooking some meals and preparing my lunch and breakfast it totally was not worth it.

Excelente atención y gran ubicación

La atención del personal es excelente. Resolvieron todas mis dudas y problemas. Además hablaban español. La habitación/estudio tenía todo lo que uno necesita para el día a día. El baño muy amplio. La ubicación era perfecta para una primera visita NY donde quieres estar cerca de todo. Muy buena aislación acústica.

A las habitaciones les falta luz debido a la orientación del hotel. Creo que si remodelaran los muebles y la alfombra podrían dar más luminosidad.

The coffee in the Morning, cold water and drink coming from a hot walk around the city. Good way to receive us all the time.

El lugar perfecto a un precio muy bueno.

La cama fue perfecta, además la habitación era muy silenciosa y oscura. Dormimos como reyes. La cocina equipada es un punto muy alto a considerar, más en una ciudad cara como NY. Nosotros preparamos desayunos y alguna cena y ahorramos bastante con eso. La ubicación es perfecta. En el corazón de la cuidad.

Solo podría decir que la máquina de lavar no servía bien.

Good residence style hotel in Times Square area with kitchen facilities.

The room was nice, roomy enough for me as a solo traveler. The kitchenette facilities were good. Decent small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic utensils. The location is perfect for Times Square, and close to Penn Station and Port Authority. Subways are right there so easy to get around the city. Lots of restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores and liquor stores etc. so you can get in what you need if you want to save on restaurant meals. The fitness center is a typical small facility but the machines work fine. There is a large laundry room for those that need it.

The neighborhood is changing for the better and has lots of good restaurants and lots of activity but it is still on the upswing, so vestiges of its less desirable days are still there. And of course, being right on the edge of Times Square and it being summertime, it was crowded with tourists so walking the neighborhood was a challenge, but that's the downside of the otherwise desirable location.

The food, snacks, coffee and tea facilities were very poor, room was very small, cleaners only come once a week during your stay - this really should be every day, hotel had run out of washing powder for the washing machines, coffee machine was broken in lobby. The small kitchenette is pointless when facilities are so poor. Not the most inviting place to stay. Even on top floors it was still very noisy. Room smelt of smoke. Aircon was very loud and we couldn't sleep with it on. No fan in the bathroom meant any shower left it very fogged up and damp. Overall, the place was fine and the room was clean on arrival.

Candlewood - Times Square (Adjacent)

I liked how close it was to Times Square, and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was very clean and functional.

It was a decent place to sleep at night, but very plain. The seal on the fridge was broken, so nothing stayed cold. The title of the posting makes it sound like you're staying at Times Square, but it's at least 3 blocks away, which isn't a terrible walk, but the title is a bit misleading.

Great location for the affordable prices

The location was great, right next to the bus terminal. We walked to the Times Square, it takes 10-15 min. The view from our room was right on the Empire state building, had equipped kitchen and enough space compared to where we stayed before.

The hotel and the furniture was pretty old, but this is a minor thing compared to advantages.

Perfect home away from home.

Great well stocked and spacious room. I also thought the bed was super comfortable and the room was amazing value for money with the small kitchen. The kitchen was also well stocked and had whatever you needed. The staff was helpful and the facilities were great. My new go to spot to stay in in NYC!

The room cards kept demagnetizing so I would have to go to the lobby to reactivate the cards constantly. Other then that I really liked it

O quarto do hotel é bem agradável porém, o ar condicionado faz um barulho enorme.

O prédio do hotel precisa fazer umas melhorias para o valor cobrado, que é muito caro. A localização, mesmo ficando perto das ruas badaladas é muito insegura, pouco policiamento e escura. A escolha desse hotel se deu pelo fato de ter cozinha, que nem usei porém, diante da insegurança da localidade eu me arrependi tanto da escolha que era para ter ficado 8 noites e só fiquei 3 isso porque das 3, 2 passei em outra cidade. Ah e no check out pedi a documentação de fechamento das diárias e eles disseram que não tinha, que era no sistema, eu questionei pois, estava saindo antes e mesmo assim não deram. Outro detalhe: eles não pedem táxi de NY, possuem uma parceria MUITO MAIS CARA, com um serviço e a depender da sua bagagem não tem outro jeito. Voltei para o meu antigo hotel! Que é excelente.

Better priced than most

There were good bathroom facilities and a small kitchen that we had breakfast in.

The internet was very bad - the laundry facilities although looked good on the surface where never very available - there were only once a week cleaning and even then they never replenished stocks of things like teatowels/dishwashing tablets. We were unlucky that one lift was unavailable for a week.

Nicht noch einmal in diesem Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels und das eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer war.

Das Preisleistungsverhätnis. Zimmer sind alt und könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt. ( nicht einmal während unseres Aufenthalt, 3 Nächte) Die Toilettenspülung war einen ganzen Tag defekt ( wurde erst nach zweimaligem Reklamieren repariert)und man konnte weder die Toilettentür noch die Schranktür richtig schliessen. (waren wohl beide so richtig verzogen). Zimmer (23 Stock) lag in der Nähe des Aufzugs der dann auch zu hören war.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location has easy access to transit and large subway system. The room was quiet. Great restaurants around the corner in both directions. Great value for the money.

Didn't live up to expectations.

Position good. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Wifi kept disconnecting and couldn't reconnect without moving to another part of hotel. Always said details dont match datbase but then finally connected. No cleaning equipment for dishes at all or dish washer. 2 lifts not sufficient for 34 floors. Had to wait ages to get lift from top floors and always seemed to be full of staff moving between floors making multiple stops up or down. No cable tv stations. Aircon too noisy to leave running.

It was okay. Nothing special. Not exactly dirty not the cleanest or most updated. Kitchen had no soap for dishes, nor really anything to work with. Okay for the price.
