The location of course was great. We needed to be close to Petco Park.
The parking was pretty expensive for a guest staying in the hotel. There are unassociated lots all around for less. That didn’t really make sense to me.

バイキングの朝食は種類がいろあり、満足でした。特にワッフルメーカーで作ったワッフルは美味しかったです。スタッフの笑顔からも安心感をいただきました。
スリッパがあると尚良かったです。

Location was the best of this hotel, very close to the Convention Center and direct to GL quarter.
Wi-Fi did not work properly, after some complains it was mentioned that a company would come to fix it, but during the time we were there, we faced lots of trouble to connect.

Property was fine horrible customer service

The breakfast was okay. The location is perfect, as it is just 15 minutes by walk from the San Diego Convention Center. The room was a bit noisy, but tolerable for my standards.
It has been impossible to receive a proper invoice, which is something that I explicitly requested during the booking process. In this regard, the property was not responsive at all in any way and this is not acceptable when accepting clients who travel for business: indeed, a proper invoice is often a fundamental document for reimbursement properties.

The staff was really friendly.

The lodging was in an excellent location near several restaurants and stores. They had an excellent hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff was very helpful. I have no smart phone do to the lack of reception where I live. A woman on their staff printed out my boarding pass for me.
There is too many homeless people in the neighborhood, although no one bothered me. I had to sign in to the internet more than once. They had a creaky slow elevator. I would still stay there again if I went to San Diego.

Breakfast was good - staff friendly and helpful - rooms were small but adequate - location to activities planned was good.

Great location, super easy to get pretty much anywhere and you are right in the Gaslamp district so perfect location close to restaurants and bars!
Booking.com states that parking is $32 dollars, the morning of my stay before check in I get a message that parking is $50. I reached out to booking with no response. Just went to the front desk about this and was given attitude beyond belief about the situation. Got the difference paid back but my goodness, it shouldn’t have happened the way that it did. An argument really did not need to happen. Then was told I was the one with an attitude. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone because of this.

Location is perfect to everything in the gas lamp area and is close to the hotel. I have stayed here before and would come back. We did not get an early check in but they let us leave our bags in a safe secure location so we could explore San Diego. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Smell in the hallways was a little musty.

The location is very very close to the historical Gaslamp neighborhood, with many pubs and restaurants. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is a bit outdated, especially the single glasses which let through some noise from the roads around

It was located close to a conference hotel I attended the day before and staff was very pleasant
The room did not have central AC, it was very loud with noise outside and the window ac unit was awfully loud.

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect for a one night stay. Although small, it never felt cramped, with a nice bed and bathroom that I immediately felt safe in upon entering the room. Plus we got more than what we were expecting for a great deal.
Place seemed a bit unorganized, was sent to a room with a family already in it. And the area is slightly sketchy at night, but its downtown so nothing I wasnt prepared for. Parking is expensive though, be prepared for that if using your own vehicle.

The floor was clean in my room.
The booking website indicated that the hotel had an airport shuttle which was the only reason for getting it. Upon check in the manager said it was a problem with booking.com and not them, stating that they have not had an airport shuttle in over three years. Additionally it was extremely loud with passing traffic and people yelling outside of the premises till 3am.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was very small, and the bathroom door didn’t really shut.
